“Thank you to National Mattress for providing us with a VERY easy purchase.... a mattress and boxspring, and NOT and easy decision to make, however, our salesman proved his worth by providing us with several choices and then showing us three of four options. It was quick, easy, and we got exactly what wie requested. Delivery was prompt and as promised, and the delivery people were pleasant and friendly. Thank you National Mattress for making a dreaded purchase very easy.”

“Staff was helpful in picking a bed for a loving mother that couldn’t get to the store to pick for her self. I gave them the scenario of my mother’s situation and the help and questions made my decision for the right bed much easier. Also the return policies or exchange were worth the time but when I got the bed to my mom she was so happy and I it was a great experience. Thank you.”

“Delivery was quick, the boxspring that was delivered was the wrong size but National Mattress sent the correct size the next day. I feel this should have been double checked so these mistakes don’t happen. We are satisfied with our mattress and customer service was prompt.”

“Looks normal. Bought it for a guest, havent really tested it out yet. This is my first mattress with coils, so feels a bit awkward and extra jiggly but not in a bad way. Will update once used.”

“Sales associate in Hamilton was very nice and very helpful. The wrong bed frame size was entered into your system. Once I notified National mattress, the correction was made.”

“Didn't receive a call after 24h, but Customer Service answered the phone fast and they were very nice. Mattress was delivered within a few days (though the courrier tracker estimate was a week off even on the day of delivery).”

“Retail staff are nice. They are willing to explain the differences between the mattresses. However, the mattress comes in a loose plastic bag instead of tightly wrapped. That makes the 90-night trial impossible as the plastic bag will make it too noisy to sleep and roll over on it. Once the mattress is removed from the plastic bag, you cannot return it.”

“Good prices and good delivery timelines, however didnt meet the 1-3 days deliver promise and order was in processing state for over 2 days Also bought extra firm mattress based off the description online although its a good mattress but it doesn't seem to be firm enough to be called as an extra firm”
