“The mattress was good. The only point to improve is having more detailed description of the mattress structure. Layer by layer and a cut view. Order process and delivery was easy and fast.”

“From a strong recommendation from a friend, i oredered the NM Orthopedic Classic Mattress, Full/Duoble, and it was delivered right on time in 2 days. My correspondence with the Customer Care Channels (email & phone) were great and my concerns were handled swiftly. The mattress is great in price competitiveness, it's beautiful and provided a very comfortable sleep. I will strongly recommend a mattress from National Matress.”

“Store was big Lots of option Great location Friendly fast and effecient employee ( Tristan was awesome) Transaction with ease Got right product. IT WAS SO UPSETTING TO KNOW THAT ORDER DELIVERY WILL CHARGE EXTRA $40 JUST TO DROP FROM REXEPTION AREA TO 4TH FLOOR USING LIFT.”

“I purchased a Chirofoam Extra firm mattress in a box. I am really pleased with the quality of the mattress especially given the very competitive price. The level of firmness is exactly what I was looking for. I struggled a bit with the online ordering process but the customer support team was excellent and helped me to complete my purchase. My overall experience was very good and I will definitely be purchasing my next mattress from National Mattress.”

“Great store layout and plenty of selections for a variety of styles and brands. Honest and knowledgeable staff who gave you space to decide for yourself but were also there to help out when needed. Overall 10/10 experience and I can't wait to sleep on my new mattress.”

“From purchase to delivery, the process was fast and communication was great. The mattress came within 15 minutes of the estimated delivery time. I paid for the extra service to have the mattress placed directly in the room of my choice. I do think two delivery people rather than one would have helped make the process smoother. There was lots of walls and ceilings that the mattress was shoved into along the way. Overall very happy with the service and product!”

“Really enjoying the mattress so far! My wife is a light sleeper and I go to bed after she does, so far she hasn't noticed when I lie down on the bed! Both of us are enjoying the added back support from the pocket coils!”

“I went to Etobicoke branch, great staff service, since we arrived they provided information to make our experience easier. Only constructive feedback is you dont have available in the store all variety of sizes to take inmediately.”

“I liked that there isn't an overwhelming amoun of merchandise to look at on the website so I could make a quick decision about which mattress I wanted. I was impressed with the delivery process which was on time. On Tuesday 19th March, my mattress was delivered in the morning before 9am and I was able to set it up immediately.”

“So far I’m satisfied with the mattress purchase. The quality seems good and as per expectations. Mattress arrived in a box/rolled up, it’s been a week but looks like it’s yet to expand to it’s expected size of 10” (it’s around 9.25” now) but I’m assuming it’s gonna get to it with time. Overall a good product.”

“The delivery was a few hours later than estimated--but not a problem. The guys were helpful and considerate. The purchase, which came in two orders because I added the platform, went very smoothly and delivery was well co-ordinated. I LOVE my mattress, which is giving my aching back much better rest. However, The SNAP platform does not come together squarely, even though everything snapped in place. It doesn't seem to be a problem, but I'll let you know if an issue arises. Online, I remember seeing a fabric envelope covering the platform slats to hold them evenly spaced. There is no such envelope and I had trouble with the slats moving around while I struggled to place the mattress on them. Petite women, especially seniors should be warned about how fast the mattress explodes out of the packaging. I was almost pinned under it! It's a big monster at first! But it was OK.”
