“Finally, we found the extra firm mattress (NM HD Foam Extra Firm Flioppable Mattress) that we had been looking for a long time and we are happy with our decision. The company was not very helpful in transporting the mattress. We had to hire and pay for a moving company. Even though we first asked National Mattress for help. We said we would pay for the transport to go beyond their delivery area. They weren't helpful. In fact, we were accused of paying for the mattress with a stolen credit card because we had used a moving company.”

“Your insistence that you have to determine if there is a problem with your mattress boxspring and frame while it is in the package is beyond ridiculous and bluntly the chance of detecting damage the way things are packaged is next to zero.”

“I had it delivered to me and National Mattress was fantastic! I scheduled the delivery for a later date and their customer service set that up easily, they send you an email tracking when it will be by, phone you as they get to your neighborhood, and the delivery person was very polite. I have yet to sleep on the actual mattress but it doesn't have any obvious defects just by looking at it. As a student who needs to save money, I'm glad I bought from them!”

“The mattress I received was a back order. The mattress was received well and was not damaged. However, I had some mis-communications in regard of a mattress removal. It was meant to be removed to the curb of the house, and not an actual removal of the old mattress. When I asked about other options the kind gentlemen's told me that I could have them removed from the peel regions themselves. The only other thing I would change is to clarify clearly that a mattress removal meant to remove it to the curb. Otherwise the entire order was done well.”

“A very well stocked mattress shop offering a variety of choices for all types of sleepers. Rates are reasonably affordable compared to the big name furniture stores. Staff is knowledgeable to guide customers making the perfect selection.”

“I went last week to National Matress to purchase a new mattress for our spare bedroom. I was in a rush for a last min mattress as I was having an unexpected visitor soon! The store aha a great selection of well priced mattress for all budget! Customer service was great also! Id deffinately go back there to purchase again in the future”
