“Greg was very helpful in the store to choose the best mattress for us. The order was placed and delivered in a couple of days. Everything went very smoothly. Now we can sleep better on our new mattress. Thanks for the great service.”

“The sales person was nice and provided information to all our questions. Not a bad thing but there was only one sale person things took a bit longer but we were not disappointed at all. Thanks to the sale person for all his help with our purchase.”

“The outlet is organized by brand, which is great and the salesman informed us where the lower priced mattresses were. I chose the Beautyrest Harmony Dockside for $903, however, it was 15% off and came to $867. I am looking forward to receiving the mattress!”

“The salesman was quite friendly but not too helpful. It would have been nice to tell me that the people who bring you your mattress won't enter your house. So my mattress had to sit in my doorway until I could get help. Very upsetting. I always recommend National Mattress because of the great selection, Canadian made mattresses, and great prices. Would I shop there again? Probably.”

“I ordered online a boxspring. It was delivered onl time and the product looks of a good quality. I just hope you a section detail that shows the core components was shown as I was not sure if it has a spring or not, I felt the space is empty between the wood slats as opposed to the boxspring I had before. Thanks.”

“I enjoyed buying from them. My only problem was there was no head office and whenever I wanted to call customer service, it just randomly connected me to one of the branches. The only communication was via email.”

“Our sales person in the Hamilton store was lovely… very friendly and knowledgeable, without being pushy. Price was very good, and I like the option of thinner box springs. We still wanted a base in our existing metal bed frame, and the 2” option is light enough for one person to carry. It’s our first bed in a bag. It felt surprisingly comfortable in the store. Hoping it feels just as comfortable after months of use. Time will tell!”

“Well coordinated, delivery came on the day it was scheduled and driver gave me a call 10 minutes before arriving as well. The mattress itself was what I was expecting. Very comfortable and the correct size as mentioned on the website.”
