“I was in the market for an extra firm mattress. The purchase process and delivery was seamless. While I've only had one good night's worth of sleep, I'm sure this mattress will ensure the test of time.”

“Went in and was able to test so many mattresses quickly and easily. The fellow who showed us around and explained everything to us was very effecient and helpful. Found the ones we wanted and the delivery was free and easy to arrange.”

“We purchased a mattress from National Mattrasses at the end of August. The process was smooth. All personnal was efficient - polite, knowledgeable and swift. Delivery was within 3 days which we were promised.”

“My old box spring was is very bad shape and the support I didn’t have was hurting my entire body!! The very first night I used my new box spring , I had the most comfortable sleep, I slept like a new baby, and felt Great when I woke up!I No aching body!!! Thank You National Mattress for Giving me , my comfort sleep BACK!!!!!”

“National Mattess has by far the best price-for-quality ratio of any sleep store around. Their customer service line was easy to reach when I had a scheduling mix-up for my delivery, and when the mattress did come, the drivers were quick and courteous. I only wish that my order had been delivered on its original date and not the revised one. Would buy here again!”

“We visited the Hamilton store to choose a mattress and appreciated the personal help we received. Later we ordered online...not my favourite, but it worked. The mattress, box spring and bed frame came when they told us and got into the house in no time. I am not sure who delivered it as it looked like a rented truck. It was a bit tricky figuring out the bed frame with the minimal instructions, but we figured it out.”

“Sales rep was very knowledgable about the different types of mattresses and gave us some advice that helped us make our decision. The warehouse had a wide variety of mattresses. Wish there were some slightly better sales but price was decent.”

“When it said 1-3 day delivery, I was really hoping to receive it in 1 day as I ended up sleeping on a chair for 3 days. Many places do same day delivery or within 1 day delivery for free, so that was disappointing. The mattress seems to cave in a bit, but overall for the price I'm satisfied”
