“Shehbaz was very good. He showed us the mattress we asked about, showed us some others in the same price range and left us alone to try them out. Very good, no pressure.”

“Was very happy with the new bed we bought. Tristan helped us initially and was a wealth of information. We then went to the Dundas St location to check out other offerings and seriously found ALL the staff were really knowledgeable. And patient. We didn’t feel pressured to purchase unlike other stores we won’t name. Ended up purchasing at the first location but only because it was close to where we live. The entire sales experience was excellent. Have to say the delivery was only average. We didn’t think the mattress would be merely dropped off outside the house after signing but at least put in the house. Which happened. The fellow helped push the bed in past the front door which was all good but my husband had to help pull the bed in. There was a 2nd fellow who didn’t help at all. Only off note in the entire process. Note: did not pay for set up which was an additional $35 plus tax. My apologies if delivery was merely drop off outside the house and nothing else, in which case then our delivery person went above and beyond in getting it to our door. This was the only unclear part. Probably should have called the store to clarify.”

“The overall experience was good since there was a variety of products and the mattresses were of great quality and the sales rep was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The only thing that would have made the experience a great/5 star one was if we didn’t have to wait around for long periods of time since there was only one sales rep in the entire store.”

“I went back to the store to exchange the mattress I purchased a month ago as it did not suit what I needed. The clerk explained the differences of the mattresses which helped me select a better option. The only problem I encountered was my first 2 choices were not available in the size I needed so I had to choose another. I was told Sealy was not supplying them and orders were not being met and would take 6 months to come in. However, the transaction was fast otherwise with the mattress that is available. I would only suggest that more days should be available for delivery.”

“The salesperson, Henry, was very helpful and answered all our questions, completed the purchase and the delivery process without any issues. I would recommend the company to friends. The delivery today went very well also and the gentleman who did the delivery was friendly and efficient.”

“I enjoyed that there was no pressure from a sales person. Young fella explained the info on the plaquards and then left us to try mattresses and figure out our purchase without the pressure that you feel from regular stores. Would definitely recommend”
