“The website is easy to use and practical. I've been on all mattress companies. yours is the best Great customer service fast delivery Mattresses could have better labeling A handle to carry would help a lot. Even on the plastic wrap I bought a firm mattress but it's medium to firm at best. Quality wasn't good”

“They were a great team. They helped with the process and didn't hesitate to explain everything as much as needed, asking questions that helped in the decision-making process. We had the option to try the mattress as many times as we still had doubts about. They were frank and friendly and did not try to sell for the sake of selling, but recommended cheap and worthy options to avoid needless overbudgets. Highly recomendable”

“Greg was helpful by answering my many questions but I don't like the fact that you didn't give me a discount on my new purchase after my old purchase was not a good one (as it began to sag in the middle). 905-818-7402 is my number if you care to do something. I came back to your store in spite of my previous discontentment.”

“Very clear website. Very easy to order and the mattress is great. Only issue was the courier (Canpar) tracking which indicated it had not been picked up until it appeared on my porch and the tracking shifted to delivered. Staff were helpful when I called to ask about the pickup status.”

“Everything was 5 Stars with Connor, my sales rep in the Mississauga South store. He was very informative and gave valuable insight. The loss of a star was in the Delivery Service which I paid extra for to have delivery to my Condo door. The delivery team made us come downstairs out to the parking lot to show them into the building. They didn’t have a dollie, so we had to use my condos big dollie. My mattress was unsecured and bent in half under the weight of a few other mattresses that were on top and also not secured in the delivery truck at the back. One of the delivery men was on the phone with his boss with the phone between his shoulder and ear. I asked him to get off the phone. He was on the phone when the truck arrived, when they opened the truck door and as they were pulling it out. Not happy with delivery. This was not a service but an inconvenience and I paid for it. Going to ask for my $35. Delivery to my door fee back. We shouldn’t have had to come down from the 16th floor to show them into the building. We have a Concierge to do those sort of things.”
