“Terrible Service and Zero Customer Support I bought a mattress and paid extra for the white glove delivery, which clearly included removal of the old mattress. However, when the delivery people arrived, they said they don’t provide that service. The store then refused to refund the delivery fee, and customer support has completely ignored my email. Extremely disappointing experience — I would never purchase from this company again.”

“Store was short-staffed the day we went but Henry is a hustler and didn’t make us feel rushed, answered dozens of questions with an impressive knowledge of mattresses and no BS (I am very sensitive to BS) We ended up purchasing a mattress and six down pillows for way less the store we were in the day before. Does it have a bit of a warehouse vibe? Yeah. Does it have plastic on the demo mattresses? Yeah. Did we care? Nope. We’re happy to take the savings and buy a higher-end mattress and pocket the difference. You want a posh store, you’re gonna pay for the poshness.. We like buying the same exact mattress for hundreds less Cheers”

“The staff at your store is very knowledgable. Charley was great support and i would highly recommend her. The collection in store also helped make the decision easier for us. It would definitely be nice to also see some beds that can be purchased at the same time, but apart from that, the product availability and service is phenomenal”

“We had stellar 5 star service from both the manager Siraj , in his expert experience helping us select our bed and box spring. He made the process easy to understand and extremely helpful advice... also from the top delivery driver Ashish who despite being short staffed did everything to accommodate our delivery safely pleasantly and on time. Kudos to both. I would recommend this location and will certainly make our next bed choice from National Mattress Thanks to both”
