“I feel really fortunate to have found National Mattress. From the minute we walked in we were pleasantly greeted and shown around the store. They showed us around their huge variety of mattress of all price ranges. They helped us find something for our budget and we were super happy with our purchase. This place is amazing and we totally recommend it!”

“All together a great experience! Great service from the sales people at the Mississauga location. They allowed me the time to try and decide which mattress suited my needs. Delivery people were professional and punctual right to the minute. Great all around! Thanks NM!”

“While the mattress is good, the delivery service could have been much better. If a morning delivery is expected, the customer should be made aware the previous night and not the morning of. We don't have the option to select a timeslot inspite of paying for delivery and then get informed late that a delivery is going to be made in the morning. Also, the delivery person's first language was not English making communication extremely difficult. I instructed him no less than 5 times to leave it with my conceirge in the moving room, he was rude and said he could only do a ground level delivery. I had to explain multiple times that the moving room was on the ground floor. I didn't pay to receive service like this. I'd rather have picked it up myself”

“I found this store really amazing because of the variety in terms of types, quality and different budget ranges. Staff is attentive and knows their job well. They are helpful in answering any of the questions. They have 100 days exchange policy plus delivery is free in a certain radius which is amazing. They literally delivered the mattress the very next day. I have purchased mattresses from them twice in past 5yrs. and believe they are the best in town!”

“10/10. Alex @ National Mattress Barrie was unbelievable. Hard to find that good of customer service anywhere these days. He was professional, super friendly, on top of everything I asked of him and went above and beyond in everything we wanted done. Even if I lived out of town I would go there. It’s nice to give business to people who deserve it like Alex at national mattress Barrie.”
