“This is my second mattress from National Mattresses and I simply love the product. They have a large variety of mattresses for every need. Varied firmness over a range of foam based or spring coils and cooling cushions and what not. Staff is also very helpful and informative. Would recommend hands down to anyone.”

“I’m really happy with this purchase. The mattress is exactly what I was looking for, super plush with that comfortable hotel bed feel. It has just the right amount of softness while still feeling supportive, and it made a noticeable difference in how well I sleep. What really surprised me was how affordable it was for the quality. It honestly feels like something that should cost a lot more. The whole experience was great from start to finish. Delivery was smooth and hassle free, and shopping in store made a big difference since everything was available to try. Being able to actually lie down and test different options made choosing the right one much easier. Overall, a great value and a really satisfying purchase.”

“Hi, I recently received two NM 6" foam mattresses Twin size (Order #000317736). First of all, I want to say that we are genuinely very happy with the mattresses themselves — the firmness, support, and overall feel are excellent and exactly what we were looking for. However, there is an issue with sizing that unfortunately makes them difficult to use in practice. Both mattresses appear to be: slightly shorter than expected (approximately ~1–1.5 inches shorter than 75”) slightly wider than expected (around ~1 inch over 39”) Because of this: a single mattress does not fit properly within the frame (visible gap in length, tight fit in width) when placing two mattresses side by side, they press against each other and cannot lay flat (they form a slight “peak” in the middle) while it is technically possible to force them into place due to the foam compressing, this creates significant outward pressure on the frame — especially on the extendable section of the bed — effectively pushing the two parts of the frame apart and putting constant stress on the structure. For context, this setup is intended for daily use by two adults, not occasional or guest use, so proper fit and flat surface are essential. I’ve attached several photos showing: the actual frame dimensions (including measurements taken directly) how a single mattress fits within the frame comparison of both mattresses stacked (same size) how the two mattresses behave when placed side by side To be clear — the only reason we are considering a return is due to the sizing mismatch. Otherwise, we would absolutely prefer to keep these mattresses. Because of that, I wanted to ask if there is a possibility to arrange an exchange for the same (or very similar) model in true 75” x 39” dimensions, with tighter sizing tolerance. Additionally (not critical, but if feasible), a slightly reduced thickness (around 5” instead of 6”) would actually work even better for our setup — though the primary concern is the correct length and width. Since this appears to be your in-house NM line (“Produced in Canada”), I was hoping there might be some flexibility in resolving this. I’d really appreciate any solution that allows us to keep using your product, as we are otherwise very satisfied. Thank you in advance, and I look forward to your reply.”
