“The mattress was too firm. We called and spoke to National mattress couple of times to exchange but different customer service agent ask for different details , finally got a foam mattress cover for the mattress.”

“Loved that we were able to test all of the mattresses in store. They had lots of selection in all price ranges and Jevon, who helped us navigate the different choices, was very helpful and knowledgeable. Two of the mattresses we looked at weren't in stock but Jevon did everything he could to find us something we liked and fit our needs perfectly.”

“I love the mattress, even if it took a couple of weeks to get used to. Just a heads-up: it’s pretty heavy! It can be a struggle to lift if you have one of those storage beds that opens from underneath.”

“a month ago Pavin is so informative and knowledgable about all the mattresses. We went there to process our exchange after we received the approval from support and the entire transaction was quick and smooth. He helped us hone in on 2 choices based off of our sleeping preferences and didn't pressure us over one or the other. In the end we went with a higher priced mattress because of the selling points and feel. It was definitely something that would work for my hubby and I. We completed the exchange yesterday afternoon and we just got our new mattress delivered. They took the one for the return and brought the new one into our bedroom. Can't wait to sleep on it tonight! But first, heading out to her a mattress protector deep enough to fit the mattress lol. Highly recommend visiting this location for Pavin's help!”

“Hello I'm Mark Farkas.this is my go-to mattress store that I come to because you can't beat their deals one and two it's everything is brand new. You get chiro foam mattresses. It's good for back injury. Anything anyone that has a back injury should get a an extra firm mattress and that's what they suggested to me and it's been helping my back by a ton and they're very very kind. Very knowledgeable. I only buy here National mattress. I strongly believe to be the most important store in the city, especially if you're in close range distance permit. I would strongly suggest you go there and buy mattress. You can also buy sheets from them like sheets I bought from them are they sheet set? I bought an Egyptian sets and it is probably the best set I have bought for my mattress and I've also bought my mattress from from National mattress as well and I know the people that work here are very nice and very respectful and it helped me a ton and my back is feeling a lot better than he used to be honestly. And if you're suffering from a back injury I come to National mattress and they will tell you what you need If you want your money's worth and I would suggest getting like a a mattress protector cuz that's what I bought from National mattress as well. Especially if you have an animal or something and I leave the plastic cover on the bed and it's kept the mattress in good shape and there's a lot of evil corporations out there. They're National mattresses, not one of them. They are very trustworthy and I strongly believe they want to help people and also they want you to have the best sleep and especially some people suffer from sleep apnea and I'm getting my sleep tested soon and I would come to National mattress to get a mattress from them. Whether it's for you, your spouse or your kids, It's important not to miss out on National mattresses service's And if you do miss out you're missing out on the service and the service I get from National mattress is probably the best service I've ever had out of any place I've ever been to and I feel very respected here being spoken to like in like a human being and that's you know how you should feel. You know you should feel I've been to a lot of stores and I haven't had a better experience than National mattress. if you don't come here, you're missing out on the service and you're making a mistake by not coming here to National mattress so if you care about your back or your upper back or your lower back National mattress has the best mattresses and they have so much product I would list them but you would have to ask them about that. So they have a really great service and important not to miss out. And if you want to feel better physically, I would come to National mattress. Just tell them what you need And I wouldn't suggest going anywhere else. I would only go to National mattress. I've been to other mattress stores and didn't go so well so I could say that I had a mattress that didn't last me a long time at all and when I went to National mattress and I bought the the chiro foam mattress extra firm and I've been feeling alot better 👊🙏”

“Hands down the best shopping experience of the 6 places i went, I was guided by Greg, right into the right bed for me, with no high pressure sales tactics. I fell like i got a PHD in Matresses by the time i left...The team even loaded it all up into my truck for me. It's been 2 months in this bed and i've never slept better! Thanks Guys!”

“I was able to lie on the mattresses in order to choose the one best suited for me without sales pressure. Shivam S. Introduced himself and provided information about the different mattresses I was interested in as well as answering any questions I had. He was pleasant and knowledgeable and took me through the process with ease. National Mattress is a great place to buy a mattress.”

“Mattress came super hard compared to the showroom. It did get softer after a couple weeks which is better. The spring kind of stick out on the sides, it seems to be missing some protective foam around the whole edge from the springs.”

“Attended Mississauga North location. Welcomed by Conor. Explained what I was looking for. Conor provided excellent explaination of each option and provided the best knowledge given my personal needs. I took ample time to lay and narrow my selections, even going back and forth betwen 2 and adding pillow options. Not once did I feel rushed or pressured. If you're not an experienced mattress shopper or have new circumstances for a new mattress, I highly suggest going to see Conor at National Mattress.”

“arnold is great guy, gives honest recommendations , not like other stores where everyone keeps telling that either they or their mother coincidentally use the same mattress that we are interersted in. arnold was straightforward and said nah i dont use this but it doesnt matter what i do , it matters what u want. hats off to arnold. we went to 10s of different stores and spent hours and we ended up buying from national in like less than 10 mins of arriving there . great home delivery and great customere service. mattress quality is great for now, cant comment of the future, will be back for that review.”
