“I have been buying from National Mattress for a few years. First visit in 2021 was surprisingly good. You carry wide variety of brands and every kind of mattress. Always a pleasure to be at the store. Highly recommended”

“The gentleman that helped me was excellent. I’m sorry I did not grab his name because he was a huge help. But was there to buy two mattresses for my kids. With them literally running around the store he continued to show me the best options to help me make an informed decision. He even went to get another mattress that wasn’t on display so my kids could try. He encouraged them to try every mattress and pillow which they did lol. He was great from the beginning to pick up the next day where he even came outside to help me load them. Would definitely purchase from him again.”

“We went to the Kitchener location with the hopes of finding a split king mattress and box spring. From the moment we walked in we were sold. We were greeted by a very polite sound man who explained the in store selection and let us explore on our own When we found our perfect mattress, he helped us through the purchase and set up the delivery. The delivery process was just as pleasant with on demand tracking of the truck, to the phone call an hour before delivery. Overall, a wonderful experience.”

“First time we have purchased a mattress from National Mattress. Selection was plentiful, at great prices and free delivery. Bought a queen firm Beautyrest and we could not be more satisfied. The entire experience was amazing, from order to delivery. The prompt delivery updates were a nice touch. The mattress was even delivered earlier than promised. We highly recommend National Mattress if you are in the market for a new mattress, you will not be disappointed.”

“This is now the second time I've purchased from National Mattress and really enjoy the buying process. When you walk in, all the beds are available to lie on and try out (they're wrapped in plastic to protect the mattress) and once you've chosen what you want, they'll ship it to you for free to your house. The best part is, there is no 'pushy salesperson' trying to get you to buy something. They let you wander and try out at your own pace with no pressure. I ended up buying a mattress this week by checking out the item instore, then buying it online on their website. It was shipped the next day into our front door. Amazing and I would highly recommend if you're searching for a mattress to come here.”

“Excellent customr service. Very friendly and very helpfull. Great selection and great prices. Very convinient that you are willing to hold my purchase until I give you the go ahead for the delivery. The option for a 2" box spring was very convienent and usefull in my situation. I will definitely tell other poeple about you.”

“I went to the Dixie and Dundas location and the service was exceptional! I was very happy with how thoughtful the sales rep was, she guided me to find the best mattress for myself and was very knowledgeable about mattresses in general! Would buy another mattress from there again!!”

“I brought the Aliston Queen medium firm Pocket coil euro top mattress in April. I was recommended by one of the customer service agent, to purchase this mattress because I sleep on my sides. Thanks to Peter, Yaman the other sales persons and delivery guys, a job well done. I have no regrets am enjoying my mattress, so I decided to purchase another one. 🛏🛏❣️”
