“Good price and quality, bought 2 mattresses. Emailed to request delivery date to be moved to 1 day earlier, email was sent 3 days before the scheduled date and the rep responded the next day to accommodate my request. Delivery went smoothly, was able to track the location and ETA was provided closer to the delivery time. Happy with the mattresses so far.”

“I can only tell good things about the experience. The people there are completely transparent, all prices are transparent and they tell you about them right when you enter the store. They also describe differences between mattress in technical details (materials, thickness, purpose etc). Their labes also just say "firm, medium, soft" so it is easy to navigate. Have different materials including full organic latex. They don't try to upsell you anything, just spend as much time as you want, try what you want and ask any questions - they will answer. Arnold was the person helping me out.”

“Team at Markham store was great. Lots of options to try and got it delivered the next day. Would definitely buy another mattress from them and recommend to anyone looking for a great mattress at a great price with excellent customer service.”

“Had a great experience at National Mattress Outlet. Greg was super helpful in recommending a good brand for a Twin XL mattress and also helped me get a box spring, mattress protector, and bed frame. He was patient, knowledgeable, and really easygoing which helped make the whole process stress-free. The outlet is also organized really well.”

“Quite surprised with their overall store layout and service in general. My biggest positive is, it doesn't feel like a mattress store from 2006 with some guy in khakis and a goatee lying to you about a mattress. It honestly felt like I was walking into a dispensary for mattresses, which is how it should be; quick, informative infographics, and a staff that tells you how it is. They don't try to sell you on anything extra or unnecessary, and even when ordering online, I was honestly skeptical of some mattress company's tracking logistics but it was stupendous. THIS is how businesses predicated on sales should operate.”
