“I purchased a Beautyrest king-size mattress from National Mattress in September of last year. After sleeping on it for several months, I started experiencing back pain and reached out to their support team to see if anything could be done. Even though I was past the 100-day guarantee period, they still honoured an exchange for me, which I really appreciated. I’ll be honest — the first mattress delivery had some issues, and on two separate occasions the mattress was not successfully brought upstairs. However, on the third attempt they sent their best delivery crew, Shivam and Qadar, and if it wasn’t for them the delivery would not have been successful. They were professional, hardworking, and went above and beyond. When it came time to exchange the mattress, Jun helped my wife and I find the right fit. He was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to show us multiple options without rushing us. We ended up choosing a firmer king-size mattress and were so happy with the experience that we also purchased an additional mattress for our son. I specifically requested Shivam and Qadar again for the second delivery, and they actually came on their day off to help complete it. That level of customer service is hard to find nowadays. Overall, I’m very impressed with the service I received from the sales, support, and delivery teams at National Mattress. Because of how they handled everything, especially after the initial issues, I would absolutely recommend them to friends and family and would definitely shop there again in the future.”

“The purchase experience is 5/5. There's a large variety of mattresses to try at various price ranges. The employees aren't on commission - I even heard one encourage a customer to not rule out the cheaper ones. Shout out to Jevon for being particularly helpful. However, I can't recommend them as long as they partner with Go Bolt, who happened to manage my delivery. I requested a Tuesday delivery, then got an email on Sunday saying it will be a Monday (long weekend delivery), and on Monday morning it went back to Tuesday. I wasted two days (including a long weekend) on this. Their customer service refused to give me a time range other than 9am to 9pm. Tuesday - same issue - I get different text notifications throughout the day pushing the delivery back and back. When it finally arrives, the drivers pretended they weren't scheduled to move my old mattress to the curb (I paid for that) and they don't put the mattress on the frame / take out the plastic (I paid for that too, it was all in my invoice). From what I gather from the store staff, this is a common experience with Go Bolt. Management continues to use them and ignore's their employees who have to deal with grumpy customers. There's also no way to contact them or get support. I can't recommend purchasing any mattress from here until they change their delivery partner. In addition, I sent an email to your support email address regarding this, but haven’t received a response.”

“Extremely happy with the very helpful and knowledgeable service from Gregory. I had just come from The Brick where I had been looking for a good matress. Unfortunately, the salesgirl was harrassing me into buying a matress so I left the store . Thats how I came upon National Matress and was thrilled to know that the sales people do not work on commision. I am a sidesleeper but have bad shoulder tendonitis in both shoulders due to my job. Gregory suggested testing out a bunch of matresses. I was thrilled to finally experience a matress that did not induce any shoulder pain when all the rest did. The (soft) Sealy Posturepedic was the one for me!! Ive been sleeping pain free and very comfortable!! Thank you so much Gregory for helping me to find the one for me!! Sarah C.”
