“Purchased a National Mattress brand mattress and it is very comfortable! Best mattress I've had in years as I normally purchase the name brands I am quite impressed with this one. I actually look forward to sleeping and I am out cold in no time instead of counting sheep like I did in the past. I would recommend National Mattress to anyone.”

“The sales person speaks too fast like he is trying to kick us out. Even after we try to tell him we don't understand him. We paid $ 35 to have the service carrying the mattress on top of the bedframe, for some reasons the person told me to sign it and he just got away void doing his job. The mattress cannot be appointed at the time you wanted it.”

“The experience was good and no where close to as intimidating as other mattress stores. The individual that helped us was very helpful and gave us time and space to explore ourselves! We bought a mattress same day, received it the next day and we are now enjoying it.”

“Big selection though I already had picked the mattress out online. Staff member was very helpful and friendly. And they offer free delivery within 24 hrs. Would highly recommend checking this location out if you are in the market for a new mattress.”

“Great experience overall. My mattress is as good sa I hoped for. But you can buy a mattress anywhere. The customer service was the most impressive to me. There was an issue where I provided the wrong phone number, and they got to the bottom of it pro-actively reaching out to me until it was resolved. Good human, no nonsense support. Room for improvement would be clarifying that next day delivery isn't always possible. Maybe it's in the fine print, but it would be better for setting expectations. Also I wish they had disposal service! It wasn't a huge deal for me to get rid of my old mattress, but I still would have been happy to pay extra to have disposal services.”

“I purchased a Tempurpedic neck pillow to help with chronic neck pain. The price at National Mattress was significantly less than other retailers. I was able to pick it up in a local outlet within a couple of days. Very satisfied with the service and price!”
