“Had a great experience with my purchase from national mattress barrie location. Alex was super helpful and understood all the requirements very well. There was a small hiccup with payment but he went over and beyond to get it rectified. Would definitely recommend.”

“Great selection of mattress at the Markham store. I ordered online and the website gave many delivery date options. However, I had trouble on the website because it was stuck on the same page after filling out my delivery address. The delivery company, GoBolt, needs to work on communicating the delivery time with their client and delivery persons. I got an email stating the delivery time is 1pm but the delivery person called me at 8:30am saying that they're here. My family and I were scrambling to get the room ready for the delivery. The delivery person was understanding and offered to come back at the later time. If these 2 issues are resolved, I will buy my future mattresses from here.”

“This is my second purchase from National Mattress this year. The first time, I bought a mattress for my mom, and this time I got one for myself. The prices are amazing. The staff at both locations I’ve visited (Mississauga North and South) are great—knowledgeable and polite. A special shout-out to Pavan from the Mississauga South location. Both times I saw him, he was running around helping customers, making calls, and doing whatever needed to be done. He is incredibly knowledgeable and completely transparent. He's a great asset to your team. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I recommend this place wholeheartedly!”

“When we got there no one really bothered us which I kinda like. We were able to browse and when we had questions they were answered and we purchased a mattress and walked out with it. Pretty easy.”

“Going to National Mattress was by far the best decision we made when hunting for a bed. We had looked online and weren’t sure where was best to go until we heard about National Mattress from a friend of ours. The site made the prices seem very appealing, and going into the store was great since we could try out so many beds. We weren’t even going to get a frame for the bed since it was meant to be taken down and set up only in the case when a guest needed it, but the folding frame was genius and it was 30% off if we bought a mattress, so it was an easy decision to get that too. We are very very happy with our purchase!”

“Amazing service and amazing products all at market best prices. I am very particular about which mattress I buy and have stuck to the same style of mattress since years. National mattress has a great range of products in which I was able to choose the exact mattress I like. I really like the no fuss service, don't have to go through a ton of hassle to get service from NM, I can simply order and the mattress gets delivered, and I really enjoy the delivery tracking service.”

“We were pleasantly surprised by the superb service we received from Terry.She was friendly , eager to please and had exceptional knowledge of the inventory and was happy to share it with my wife and I. She managed to get the mattress we wanted to test in one day and made our decision making simple. She also insured our mattress would arrive in Toronto on our move in day at our new home. It was a really simple and satisfying shopping experience.”

“The showroom may not be fancy, but it makes it very easy to see and compare many types of mattresses. The staff was great to help me choose the right one for me. Prices are also very competitive. I would shop there again.”
