“We went to National Mattress to buy a mattress for a spare room. We had a great experience the first time we went there so returned a second time. They did not disappoint. We were given a quick explanation of the layout of where to find what type of mattress be left to explore. Once we had a look around we were helped in the decision making and made our purchase. We were out the door in under half an hour and had delivery the following day.”

“My saleslady Manvir, was great giving me many options. Manvir listened to what I wanted and showed me many mattresses within my needs and budget. I would refer my friends and family to Manvir, there is a mattress for every budget and want.”

“Bought 2 matress at the Steeles Ave North York location. There were a lot of choices to try on and found the matress we really like and looking for. Transaction was fast and thanks to Peter K. He also offered a free delivery and delivery came on time as well. Would highly recommend the store”

“I’ve been using the Chirofoam Firm Twin Mattress for a while now, and overall, it’s a solid choice if you prefer a firmer sleeping surface. The firmness level is definitely on the higher side, which is great for back support. As someone who sometimes deals with lower back fatigue, I noticed improved spinal alignment and less discomfort in the mornings. It doesn’t sink much, so if you like that “on top of the bed” feeling rather than sinking in, this mattress delivers. The foam quality feels durable and supportive, not cheap or overly soft like some budget options. It holds its shape well and doesn’t develop dips easily, which is important for long-term use. Motion transfer is minimal too, so even if someone else moves, it’s not very noticeable. That said, it might feel too firm for side sleepers or anyone who prefers a plush, cushioned feel. Adding a mattress topper could help if you find it slightly too hard. Overall, for the price, the Chirofoam Firm Twin Mattress offers excellent support, durability, and value—especially if your priority is back support and a firm sleeping surface.”

“Finding the right mattress was easy, and delivery was on time and right to my buildings door. Very happy with the service. Delivery would've been next day, but due to holidays, I had to schedule it for 5-6 days later”

“We had a great experience which started the moment we set foot in the store on Barton Street. Wayne listened to what we were looking for and pointed out our best three options. As a result, we were able to quickly select the TwinXL mattress of choice for my brother. We provided information and made the payment necessary to secure a delivery date, 5 days later, which worked out perfectly for us. I received accurate and timely communication regarding the delivery time slot prior to as well as the day of delivery. Everything was seamless. I hope to return to purchase a split King with TwinXL adjustable bases abd perhaps a pillow.”

“The mattress itself is very good and I’m happy with the product quality. However, I encountered multiple JavaScript errors on the website that prevented me from completing the order on desktop, so I had to place the order on my phone instead. I work extensively with HTML and JavaScript, and I am confident this was not caused by my browser. I tested the site using different browsers and different networks and saw the same issue. It is possible that some CDN or related delivery system was rejecting normal requests and failing to return the correct JavaScript files. I was placing the order from a normal residential network in Kirkland, Quebec, Canada. Their backend or web team should investigate this carefully.”

“REALLY GOOD MATTRESS COMFORT AS I LIKE AND GOOD PURCHASING SERVICE AS WELL, OVERALL A GOOD EXPERIENCE BUYING THE MATRESS AND ALSO PURCHSAED A REALLY GOOD MATTRESS A PILLOW VERY VERY SATISFIED WITH THE PURCHASE I HAD A BACK PROBLEM AND SHOULDER AND NECK ISSUE IT SEEMS TO BE FEELING A LOT BETTER WITH THE NEW MATTRESS”

“When I was in store, everything was great... they know the product well, they gave me options and discussed my needs. Delivery was less great. I signed for the mattress, but they didn't bring it further than my front door like an Amazon package. I was disappointed that I had to get a King size mattress upstairs by myself. I don't blame National Mattress, but they should look at better delivery because the service in store was amazing, the service on delivery was less than par.”
