“The people at the store were very polite. When we had a problem with the first mattress it was exchanged with out any hassle. Great place to get your mattress.”

“We had a mixed experience. Our first visit to the shop was great. We had great advice. Because of travel we couldn't buy then. A few months later our visit was so unpleasant. Three guys all three refusing to give any advice other than try the mattresses. When I asked specific questions they brushed them off. I felt really unwelcome and would have left if I didn't really need a mattress. As for delivery they need to give some idea if part of the day in advance. We wasted a whole day. All that aside for now we like the mattress.”

“Great mattress selection with amazing prices! Great discount offers on accessories when purchasing a mattress. The best customer service I have ever experienced with any business!! My original mattress that was delivered had a very minor scuff which I failed to notice when it was delivered. Even though it was a very minor cosmetic issue...when I contacted customer service they quickly responded and helped with a solution. Since the mattress was temporarily out of stock and they suggested I still use it temporarily while waiting for a replacement. A few days later I got an email that it is back in stock and delivery/pickup of the original was arranged for the next day. The delivery itself was quick and delivery persons were very friendly and helpful. 100/10 for National Mattress, will highly recommend to everyone and I will be back very soon for all my families mattress needs.”

“Really impressed i went in the store 20 minutes before closing ordered 2 products and they were delivered the next day (on a Sunday) definitely will be back customer service was very good”

“Was an excellent experience- their CS team is fantastic and were quick to help when i had a delivery question when doing my online order. box spring is exactly as i was expecting and delivery was easy as anything due to the live tracker- 10/10!”

“We were looking a replacement mattress for our spare bedroom and thought we would try National Mattress as we had never been there before. The store in Mississauga was great with a wide range of options and very knowledgable staff that helped us find exactly what we were looking for. We are very happy with the mattress we bought and were pleasantly surprised by the reasonable price. I would highly recommend visiting their store if you are in the market for a new mattress.”

“Found National Mattress through social media. The experience was awesome! Lots of great selection and pricing. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, without being pushy. Delivery went super smooth with great guys who were able to get out King mattress through some tight spaces. Cannot recommend enough!”

“My wife and I liked the opportunity to see and try out a number of different mattresses. We really appreciated that the sales person did not try to upsell us but seemed to want to help us find the matress that best suited our needs. The delivery was on time as primised and the delivery people deposited our old matress where we wanted them to. We are very happy with the mattress we selected.”

“I had a great experience at the store, trying out mattresses and ultimately deciding on one. However, the mattress I chose was out of stock. Restocking took longer than expected and so was delivery. There was no communication from the store and I found out about the restocking issue after calling. I have now been using the mattress for 4 days and I like it so far.”
