“We loved our first experience at National Mattress. Ken was super helpful and knowledgeable. Despite us giving him a large budget, he directed us to mattress half of what we were willing to pay which really impressed us. We’ll be back in the summer to get a new mattress for our son.”

“The guy asked us what kind of mattress we were looking for, showed us where they were, and told us to let him know if we had any questions. He then left us to check them out. Most of these types of sales people hover over you and try to put on the pressure. This guy was helpful and didn't abuse us at all.”

“The price for my new queen-size mattress was only $407.00 and I was able to pick it up and transport it in the back of my Tesla Model 3 trunk no problem which saved me a lot of inconvenience. I also appreciated being able to test and compare similar mattresses in store. That was very helpful!”

“I still can’t believe how easily I drove away with the best mattress I think I’ve ever had. Conor answered a few questions and explained quickly and precisely how to choose the right mattress, then left me to it, other than checking in a couple times to see my progress. Just excellent advice, no hard sell. I must’ve compared 8-10 mattresses… the selection is stunning. The one that consistently felt most comfortable after three rounds was comfortably priced, too! Could it get any better? Yup! Rolled up, my hybrid foam mattress fit in the back seat of a Kia Forte! It’s only been two nights but I can already feel the difference. I can tell it’s going to be around a long time.”

“Service was great and prices are hard to beat. Complementary delivery was a huge bonus. Rest-o-Pedic mattress quality is comparable to Costco’s Sealy at a fraction of the price. Would definitely recommend this store.”

“Logan the Customer rep at Markham outlet was very helpful. Able to provide the suitable mattress at the price point we want. Tracking system was helpful. Wish time slots system can b provided instead of whole day system. Delivery was relatively good. Great overall experience.”
