“I recently purchased the National Mattress Titan Queen, and I can honestly say it’s one of the most comfortable mattresses I’ve ever owned. The extra-firm support is exactly what I needed—no more sinking or waking up with back pain. It feels sturdy, well-built, and the edge support makes the bed feel even bigger since I can sleep right up to the side without rolling off. That said, this is definitely a firm mattress—if you prefer something plush or soft, you might want to add a topper. But for me, as a back sleeper who needs proper spinal alignment, it’s perfect. I also love that it’s Canadian-made, comes with a 100-night trial, and has a solid 10-year warranty. Overall, the Titan Queen is a fantastic choice if you’re looking for a durable, supportive, no-nonsense mattress. I wake up feeling rested and without aches, and that’s worth every penny.”

“We purchased a king size mattress and pillow from national mattress. They were very helpful in giving us information when deciding which one would be most suitable for us. The mattress was out of stock when we were at the store but it was delivered within a week of purchase. The delivery people were very friendly and efficient. They took good care to not damage anything in the house as they were moving it to the upper floor of our house.”

“In the store, I really loved the staff. They weren't pushy at al and guided me wellaccording to my requirements and budget. Afterwards however in delivery, they came the first day without my mattress. I was on the phone for 3 hours, just being redirected from one branch to another and then eventually someone I called at the Hamilton branch was able to reschedule my order. The next day they came back with my mattress and brought it upstairs to make up for it which I apprecciated. But it was just such a hassle trying to reach them and I only wonder what would've happened if I had work that day and wasn't able to call.”

“Shipment was quick but once it got to my building, the delivery guy tried to leave it outside leaning against the vestibule and take a picture of it to show its been delivered. My concierage had to stop him from leaving it there. Product is great otherwise.”

“Great place to select and purchase a mattress. They have a large variety of manufacturers and types of mattresses to choose from. Our sales associate, Henry, was very helpful and knowledgeable and answered all our questions and concerns. We purchased a King Sealy-Nikola Posturpedic +1200 Series. It was delivered to our home within 2 days. Excellent service.”

“Purchasing was easy and pickup was no problem. The mattress I purchased was great for my toddler transitioning into a big kid bed. One and only complaint is that I am still waiting to get a refund for the delivery fee I paid. I called the store several times and they say they will refund me the delivery fee immediately (according to manager/ supervisor) and it’s been a week since I picked up and 2 weeks since I ordered. I emailed asking them to give me a time frame of when to expect the refund (e.i. 2-3 business days) but haven’t heard back.”
