“I was in 1655 Dundas store. He is Very good and knowledge. I cannot remember his name, but he is very good and very friendly and very patient. The sales person knows everything about all kinds of mattresses and he is very generous to give his advice which I appreciate. Will come back again after I get approved to buy another 3 mattresses. Of course, 10 out of 10. Thank you!”

“This review is for your North York store. The service was excellent. The gentleman who advised me was very knowledgeable and helpful. However, I went first to your Markham shop and the customer service was BAD. I had to force the sale associate to get out of his booth to show me what I was looking for and I was the only customer in the store. Clearly, I was bothering him. I would give it no star if I could rate it.”
