“Everything was good except that on the first delivery the delivery team noticed a rip in the bottom of the box spring. They offered a discount but we opted for a new one which arrived the same day but after we opened the package there was a rip in this spring be as well.”

“The best selection and pricing of all the Mattress Stores in the GTA. If you only go here you will save alot of time and effort. Very knowledgable sales staff and only sell you what you need. No overselling or pressure tactics. Free Delivery. Delivery was painfree and quick. Two thumbs up!”

“I went in to the Hamilton location and I received excellent advice and service. After making my purchase, I encountered an issue with the mattress and when I contacted the store I received immediate assistance with my problem. I did not have to speak to an out of the country representative, nor did I send an email through an automated AI system. I spoke with a person and emailed that same person that I had spoken with. The issue with my mattress was resolved within 24 hours and was hassle free. This is exactly the level of personal customer service that the majority of companies are seriously lacking. National mattress has the best customer service that I have experienced of any company that I have dealt with in at least the past 10 years. Highly recommend!”

“I gave a three star rating because the delivery guy was really nice but the bed is very small in height and it’s suppose to be firm but the mattress feels not firm and the coils I’m starting to feel. I don’t write reviews but I wanted to be honest. I mean I paid $260 for the mattress, I guess the saying is true , you get what you pay for!”

“Great mattress with competitive price. However, there are many products marked as Made in Canada on your website and the product packaging, while the product labels say Made in China... Also GST/HST is collected for the delivery fee which I don't see it quite often.”

“Was blown away by the selection . Salespeople were attentive but not pushy and you could tell they knew what they were talking about . Already the best deal in the GTA but they threw in great deals on box springs and free pillows ! Will be recommending to everyone.”
