“We recently went to National Mattress looking for a new mattress for our 2 kids. The prices and staff at the store are both amazing! The staff member that helped us was very knowledgeable helped us get exactly what we were looking for. I would highly recommend National Mattress to anyone in the market for a new mattress.”

“I recently purchased an organic cotton bed in a box mattress from The National Mattress Barrie outlet. I was able to find a good range of products at various price points that made it easy to match my need and budget, and I am very happy with the product quality. Alex, the representative at the Barrie outlet was very knowledgeable and helpful, and also very flexible with pick up arrangements that changed several times due to changing circumstances at my end. All in all, the purchase was smooth and pleasant and resulted in a very acceptable acquisition I highly recommend this business”

“The ordering and delivery process was really smooth. I ordered the Mattress around 11 pm at night and had it by 2 pm the next day. I really didnt want to spend, but we really needed a new one as my back was hurting really bad. I love how firm the Mattress is.”

“#5 - Very good This was our first visit to National Mattress (In Kitchener). We were very pleased with the selection and the prices. And really pleased to see that they were made in Canada - Way to go!!!!! The young man who served us was very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. We had a great experience. Thank you”

“I recently bought a king-size extra firm mattress from National Mattress in Kitchener, and I’m extremely happy with my purchase! The mattress is firm, supportive, and incredibly comfortable, making a noticeable difference in my sleep. The staff at the store were friendly and knowledgeable, and took the time to understand what I needed. They also recommended some excellent deals, including discounts on mattress sheets and pillows, both of which are high-quality and very comfortable. Overall, the experience was smooth and hassle-free. I highly recommend National Mattress, especially the Kitchener location, if you’re looking for a quality mattress at a great price!”

“The staff here are very helpful and make you feel comfortable to look around to find exactly what you need. They don't push you into anything. The store is clean and organized. Lots to choose from but the layout makes it easy to find what you're looking for. Thank you!!”

“I’m very pleased with the customer service at National Mattress! Their chat box attendant is a real person who responded immediately, with a clear answer to my question. They have options for organic, low toxicity mattresses which is what originally brought me to their website, but I purchased from them because of their unbeatable prices. I was hoping they would be able to deliver to my home, as they offer free delivery, but my location was not an option for this - that is why I am giving 4 stars instead of 5. But the customer service rep called me when it was ready for pick up, was willing to hold it until whoever I could pick it up, and knew what mattress I had ordered when I came to pick it up as soon as I told him my name, which I was very impressed by.”
