“My partner and I went into the store as a young couple worried about upselling and getting ripped off, but the complete opposite happened. An employee showed us the warehouse, told us how to navigate and find things, and then left us alone to look around and test a few mattresses. The person that helped us was incredibly knowledgeable about the store’s inventory and was able to answer questions on the spot.”

“Great expedited service however since they delivered the next day and want the customer to have the path to the room clear I needed more notice than a 10 minute warning. Also having a copy of the order on the packaging to ensure I can check the order is right”

“We just bought our king size mattress and accessories from National Mattress. Terri in Barrie store was excellent, in helping us choose what we wanted, very helpful and friendly. Prices are great, very affordable, and made in Canada! Everything went smoothly, delivery was quick and efficient. I wouldn't hesitate to go back again.”
