“The pricing, the process and delivery were top notch! Shopping online was easy. I was able to view products based on my specific criteria, complete comparisons with ease that resulted in a purchase. The online purchase process was seamless and delivery was quick! I was up to date with felivery status and time right up until the delivery to my home. The best experience! “Based on our preferences Chat GPT sent us to this location to check out a mattress. We searched and tested many similar options. Ended up with the Chat GPT choice ! We were given a quick breakdown of the store and it was so nice to be able to choose without any pressuring sales people. Also really like that we are able to change out twice in a year if needed.”

“Great mattress. While we chose the firm version, the top is made out of memory foam, which makes it feel softer and helps to adjust to our bodies. Also very happy with the service and the speed!”

“Very convenient service, quick delivery, great experience overall. Definitely recommend going to the physical location to choose - you can lie down on the mattress, it helps you decide much better than reading a description on the web site. Some "medium firm" models feel softer than some other soft models, so definitely need to check them out before buying.”

“The staff at National Mattress (Markham) were super knowledgeable and helpful with purchasing. Henry in particular provided advice on the different kinds of mattresses that would best suit me. When I came back the following week to make the purchase, the mattress I was interested in was no longer on display. Instead, he pointed me to several other mattresses that felt similar which gave me the confidence to purchase. It's also awesome that free delivery and a free trial/return period was offered.”

“I recently had some bad experience at Ikea and when I visited National Mattress, they were very helpful and patient with questions I had about buying a good, extra firm mattress. Delivery was smooth and fast. The mattress I bought is extra firm, just like I requested and it's also very comfortable. The quality is topnotch. I would definitely recommend National Mattress”
