“It was a great experience in the store even though there was only Suraj helping out multiple customers at the same time. I liked the recommendation and without wasting any time, Suraj recommended few options to try out and I am confident that I made the right choice. Would visit the store again very soon.”

“Five years ago I purchased a 10" Extra-Firm Flippable High Density Foam Mattress and have been very happy with it. This week I purchased the same mattress for another bed. It’s an excellent product and extremely good value.”

“Immediate attention with polite welcome was the first impression. Gentleman asked us on our needs and pointed few choices to compare. Most importantly he left me and wife and provided time to experience the choices. Then he came back for follow up and helped us make an educated decision by answering our questions. Offered us pillows and covers ro which we didn't need but gesture of offer with promotions was certainly intriguing. Job well done. This is how an intelligent Salesforce should position their clients.”

“Horrible experience, I tried to cancel my order but it was still scheduled for delivery. Canceled the delivery but it's been almost two weeks and my purchase still hasn't been refunded.”

“visited National Mattress feeling quite confused about choosing the right mattress for my daughter, but I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. The store offers a wide variety of options, including firm, plush, and hybrid mattresses, along with an impressive selection of bed frames and pillows. The staff helped us explore different choices, and we were able to find the perfect mattress that suited our needs. The pricing was also very reasonable, with options available across a good range. He answered every question clearly, compared models without any sales pressure, and guided me to the best option for my budget. “This was our second purchase from National Matress. Employees were awsome. No agressive sales people following you around trying to aggressively push you into a purchase. Employees were available and answered any questions when asked. Large variety of mattresses to choose from. Quality made product. Prices were also very reasonable. Delivery was available. Highly recommend checking it out before you purchase anywhere else.”
