“From the moment I walked into National Mattress, the experience was outstanding. Henry, the sales associate, greeted us right away with a warm and professional attitude. He immediately guided me to the exact mattress I had in mind, showing great knowledge and attentiveness. My husband and I were able to make a decision very quickly because it was exactly what we were looking for. The entire process was smooth, easy, and stress-free. “A wonderful experience. Staff knowledgeable and patient. But most impressive was the way the return policy was honoured. Immediate online approval followed by rapid professional delivery of new mattress and return of old. Well done National. ( by the way mattress was first rate)”

“This was a very stress free and user friendly experience. I researched what mattress fit my needs and National Mattress had the best price. I placed my order and my mattress was dispatched on the day that that they said it would be. The delivery driver was thorough and took multiple photos of the delivery and called me to make sure that it was delivered properly. I would 100% shop here again and will be recommending to family and friends.”

“I was notified of my delivery time accurately and the mattress was easy to get up the stairs as it was rolled up. The quality seems good so far- the off gassing was strong at first but I had a few days to let it air out/expand.”

“National Mattress has been wonderful for all of our family’s mattress needs. We bought their natural latex mattress last year, as it was the cheapest, cleanest option we could find anywhere. We’ve lived it so much we just bought 2 more for other family members. Their customer service in store and via their website and delivery is awesome. They are helpful, courteous and make the whole process easy. Their free delivery option is much appreciated and communicated well about timing. Ultimately, we chose national mattress because of their amazing prices, but have many more reasons to keep coming back.”
