“Loving my new Evergreen Aspen mattress. I visited both the North York and Markham location, and Yaman and Henry were incredibly helpful and patient in my indecisiveness. I didn't feel pressured to make a decision. I had a very positive experience at National Mattress and I'm so glad I found the store. I will definitely be back for my mattress needs.”

“Best prices and quality compared to every other seller and I believe I checked every other mattress seller. On top of that Eden S and Conor T at Mississauga Kitimat location were great, straight forward, very helpful and knowledgeable and not pushy and hovering around, and respecting our budget, me and my girlfriend left happy with the purchase and experience and talking about how much better the salespeople were than the other stores we went to. Would definitely recommend this location”

“Had a pleasure to deal with Hardik. Honest and to the point salesperson. However, store as a whole needs better customer service on phonecsall. Me and wife tried calling other stores so many times, phones kept ringing but no response.”

“I ordered a double bed for my daughter’s room. There was a specific brand I was looking for, and National Mattress happened to carry it. Even better, it was delivered the next morning! Delivery was seamless and quick. I would order from here again :)”

“The entire process of getting a new mattress was seamless. There were tons of samples in the warehouse to try out, and the sales rep was not pushy at all — just super informative and genuinely helpful. The prices were great, especially compared to other stores selling the same products for way more. Delivery was quick (available as soon as the next day), and the delivery staff were fantastic. Overall, a smooth, stress-free experience from start to finish!”

“Did the whole process on-line after comparison/price shopping. Chose a delivery date/time on-line. Also selected a 'White Glove" set-up which I thought was reasonable priced. I was particularly impressed with the delivery truck tracking system. Three men coaxed a King mattress up a very narrow stairway and then put the old mattress in our garage for pick up. All in all a very good seamless process. I am now a big fan of National Mattress. All in all a very good process”

“I recently purchased a queen-size mattress from National Mattress, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience! The quality of the mattress is fantastic, and I’ve been sleeping better than ever. I especially want to highlight the amazing customer service I received. The representative who helped me, was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all my questions and made the whole process smooth and enjoyable.
