“My online purchase of Sealy posturepedic mattress was very easy & pick up was just as easy from kitchener on location The customer associate was very friendly,courteous & very helpful Me being 4ft 10 I could not help my husband put on roof of van, the store associate did & we appreciated his help very much !! Thank you for great customer service ! Regards Barbara”

“This was a fantastic experience. We walked in and were greeted warmly. The salesperson was very helpful and knowledgeable about all the mattresses he showed us. He didn’t try to pressure us into a decision, but instead provided insight into each mattress. 10/10 for costumer service!”

“I've been sleeping on my new NM Medium Firm mattress for a few days now, and I couldn't be happier. It's very comfortable and supportive, and I've been sleeping better than ever. I had a good experience at their Markham store as well. The staff was incredibly helpful and patient . Highly recommend!”

“The Mattress is great and the delivery was good. Communication wasn't great. Once I placed the order and received an email to the effect I didn't receive any further Communication. The day before I was expecting to receive the mattress I had to call the company to check if I was indeed receiving it. Ì was but I should have received some kind of Communication. The gentleman send me an email after the phone call. I shouldn't have had to call. There should be better communication on Nationals behalf.”

“I was really please to found National Mattress. I went to different mattress stores like Sleep Country, the Brick, Leons and other mattresses stores and found that the prices national Mattress have are vary fair and have many different options to choose from. They probably do not have the fanciest store like the big brand mattress store, but who cares, at the end of the day, what you are taking home is the mattress not the store. The persons that are in the store are very friendly and helpfull, they have free delivery. Most important, you are taking home a good mattress and not breaking the bank..”

“Still I didn’t receive the matress. After calling to the Markham stores, they explain that it will be delivered on tomorrow. No applogies or customer oriented. Very poor, no escalation phone no and only mail id was shared from stores.”

“I had an excellent experience at the National mattress Kitchener location. I was greeted promptly by Hardik, and he was very patient with me as I was very particular about the type of mattress I needed. With his help I was able to pick out the perfect mattress and protector. Service was fantastic and I will be back next time I need a mattress.”
