“Have been complaining of a sore back the last 3 months. After checking the bed frame I saw that the box spring was broken. I replaced the old box spring with a new 2 inch one and the back in getting better each day. Phil”

“We had a very insightful experience purchasing a mattress for our daughter. There were so many options to choose from with no pressure. A few quick conversation with Conor and team and we were able to determine what our daughter needed. Using this information did some further research. Went to other shops and ended right back at National Mattress and order the perfect Mattress. Thank you!”

“In store customer service was good and I bought matress with out any trouble . bought matress for 297 but when I return home and checked the product price it is showing 243.50 online . so I called customer service . He told he will return amount 1st, then told its debit so I have to go to store where I bought with debit card to get refund . The store is not near my house and it’s waste of my time to go and do the refund . If I was offered gift card for the amount instead I could have used it next time .”
