“Needed a new mattress for a spare bedroom. Walked into National Mattress and was treated right away. Explained my needs and was immediately taken to what I was looking for. He even offered his opinion on the best choice of the two I was looking at. Free next day delivery was set up and I was in and out within 20 minutes. Would recommend them to everyone!”

“National Mattress has a wide variety of options to suit everyone! I was really excited to find an affordable and high quality BeautyRest mattress. I've seen the commercials but couldn't afford one from a traditional mattress showroom, but National Mattress sells the same mattresses for much much less. I highly recommend you check out National Mattress's selection before your next reno/redecoration/move.”

“Buying a mattress was such a pleasant experience . The salesman was very helpful and I didn’t feel any pressure . I know that I made the correct decision and my mattress will be delivered tomorrow . I have recommended this store to some neighbours .”

“The staff here are incredibly nice and good at their jobs. I didn’t feel like any sales were pushed in any ways that would make someone uncomfortable or anything. I’ve purchased two mattresses here and will recommend this place to anyone in search of one.”

“The staff we're amazing and very helpful as it was my first time there. Prices are awesome They have the best prices that i've seen anywhere and a lot of different choices in mattresses . The delivery drivers we're very polite on time and respectful of property. I definitely would recommend you guys 💯%”

“recently visited National Mattress Outlet in Markham and was incredibly impressed with the service. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The sales rep, Jevon, was helpful and very accommodating. The store has wide selection of mattresses and had options to fit my budget. And the best thing is that they have free delivery no matter how far you live from their store. Highly recommended.”

“I went to the Kitchener location and Shivam provided us with amazing customer service. He answered all of our questions and purchased a Sealy King mattress. Delivered in 2 days and on even on Sunday!”

“The experience of purchasing and receiving customer service was wonderful. The staff at the warehouse were not pushy and allowed us to take our time checking out different mattresses in the showroom. They periodically checked in to see if we had any questions or needed assistance. The delivery was fast, arriving the next day, and they texted us their schedule. The driver called to advise before showing up. Although there was an issue with my order, the customer service staff was very patient and polite in assisting with the exchange. The exchange was smooth and professional; the driver even helped to hold the mattress for me during the delivery inspection. I love their service and highly recommend their Markham store. Of course, the most important part was that we were able to find the perfect mattress we needed and are enjoying every night of good sleep. Thank you, NM team.”
