“Good firm mattress, just like one we needed”

“We recently worked with Arnold at National Mattress Outlet in Markham, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Arnold was trustworthy, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with. There were no pressure sales tactics — just a straightforward approach focused on understanding our needs, how we sleep, what we were looking for, and what would make the most sense for our budget. We tried nearly every mattress in the store, and there was a great variety to choose from. Arnold helped us narrow everything down in a way that felt practical and informed. Funny enough, we ended up choosing the same mattress he personally uses, which gave us even more confidence in the decision. The store itself was clean, well laid out, and easy to shop in. The delivery was also surprisingly fast, and the delivery team was polite, professional, and easy to work with. Overall, we’re very happy with the mattress, the service, and the entire experience. Great value, great selection, and great service. Thanks to Arnold and National Mattress Outlet — we’d be happy to work with them again in the future.”

“We have been a regular customer of National Mattress and have purchased a few mattresses in the past year. I can say that the quality and comfort of their mattresses is very good and the delivery is also very quick. I recently also exchanged one of the mattresses and the entire experience was very convenient, great customer service. I would highly recommend national mattress.”

“I recently purchased a new mattress from National Mattress Outlet in Hamilton and had a great overall experience. The in-store representatives were knowledgeable, respectful, and never made me feel pressured to buy. Delivery was very quick—arriving the next day—and their sleep trial policy made it easy to feel confident in my choice. Overall, a smooth and stress-free process. “I had a great experience at National Mattress. The staff were very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the different mattress options without any pressure to buy. They helped me find the perfect mattress based on my comfort and budget. The quality of the mattresses and the prices were excellent compared to other stores I visited. The delivery process was smooth and on time, and the overall customer service was outstanding. I highly recommend National Mattress to anyone looking for a comfortable mattress and honest service. “Unbeatable prices and fantastic customer service with a return policy that I’ve not seen elsewhere. Their unbiased reviews are informative and data-driven which helped immensely in deciding which mattress to purchase as a side-sleeper with a back injury and chronic pain. We recently moved, and I ordered our first mattress from Wayfair due to the low cost and not-terrible reviews. Turns out the foam was harder than rocks and worsened my injury on all fronts; I hadn’t slept right in weeks when I found this site. When I inquired about a rough ETA on a backordered Springwall plush mattress, NM were superbly helpful and had my tracking information available promptly the following morning. A fantastic business all-around that made me feel valued as a customer and confident in my decision. Wouldn’t have been able to afford such a quality mattress anywhere else, and the generous warranty has put me right at ease. I’m excited to sleep through the night without pain for the first time in a long time, and I know where to go if I ever need another mattress. Cheers! :)”
