“Jevon was extremely informative and explained how the store worked. He was kind and thorough when answering our questions. He also had great taste for the mattress because we unknowingly chose his employee pick. He was able to guide us and upon our first visit and just a short period of looking around, we placed our order with him. Thanks Jevon! Hope to work with him again in the future. We have not yet received the mattress yet as we are yet to move into our home, so I am unable to answer the other questions regarding delivery.”

“My son recommended to us he bought his there and it's a very nice the gentleman very helpful it's a little problem I shouldn't call it problem they need to dust the top of the beds when we tried when I got up and my back was very dusty but other than that 10 out of 10 thank you very much for your help.”

“We were in the Kitchener store on Saturday and had interaction with 2 sales staff. The 1st person I had to pull out the information from them. The 2nd person was much easier to work with and we were able to make a purchase and was helpful.”

“I purchased a mattress from National Mattress in January and had a great experience. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and not pushy, which made choosing the right mattress easy. The quality is excellent—I’m sleeping much better and feel well-rested. Delivery was smooth and on time. I highly recommend them for great service and quality products.”

“The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. I was able to take my time and try out different mattresses in the show room. What I liked the most is that there is no pressure whatsoever! This is the 3rd time I have been there and I will be going back soon to get my king mattress!”

“Simply straight up DVP/404, off at Woodbine, there in literally a few minutes, and surprised to see the selection. My son had a budget in mind, spoke to a sales person who directed him to an area he could see and test out mattresses, made his mind up quickly, and that was it. We paid for the mattress, filled out our address and it was delivered the next day. This was out second purchase from this location but both boys are extremely satisfied. Thank you- Dale”

“Everyone in the store was very knowledgeable and helped me get the bed I wanted, I ended up getting the chirofoam XF 12 hybrid and it’s great! Also got a temper pedic pillow which feels amazing”

“I’ve purchased two items from National in the past year or so. The staff on both occasions and have been friendly and very easy to deal with. The prices at National are very easily lower than other companies selling mattresses. I will continue to shop here!”

“I found out about National Mattress online while searching for a new queen size mattress to replace ours which was almost 20 years old. After going on the typical websites for the Brick and Leons I thought there has to be more than just those two so I googled "best place to buy a mattress in Toronto" and National Mattress came up. I told my wife we'll go there first before the Brick or Leons because the prices were really cheap. I was really impressed with the amount of stock in their warehouse and no pressure approach by the sales people. They answered any questions that we had. The prices were really amazing. We never made it to the Brick or Leons, we made our purchase there and bought 4 pillows at a 30% discount as well. We could've had free delivery the next day (Sunday) but we wouldn't have been home so they are delivering on Monday. Thank-you National Mattress and we will recommend you at anytime.”
