“Have been their customer since 9 years. Have three mattresses in house that were purchased from them. The quality is good and prices are reasonable.. The recent purchased mattress turned out too soft for us, so we had exchange that with the firm one. The exchange process was pretty easy going too.”

“From the time we walk in the store in we were treated like a friend. The exceptional young man that helped us was very knowledgeable on mattresses especially when we told him our health issues. Great prices as well. We told him our budget and needs and he took it from there. Thank you.”

“I am very pleased I held onto a National Mattress weblink for an extra firm orthopedic mattress that I found during the pandemic. I had been looking for a firmer replacement mattress for some time. When my brother and I visited, I saw that National Mattress had a big selection of what I was looking for, and salesperson Henry at the Markham location took very good care of me, answering all my questions, and adding notes to our invoice for future reference. Delivery was efficient and on time, which is very helpful when scheduling and coordinating a move in a large apartment building in downtown Toronto. The delivery men helped to get the mattress positioned—it came rolled, and it was unrolled and expanded within 2 hours—and the mattress is even better than I had hoped for. I predict many years of awesome sleeps, if the last couple of weeks are any indication. My back is thanking me. I would highly recommend National Mattress to anyone looking for a new mattress. Thanks guys!”
