“I recently bought a mattress from National Mattress at a great price . After sleeping on it for one night i realized it wasn’t the right fit for me . The next day I went back to the store and the staff were incredibly kind and understanding . They told me it was no problem at all to exchange it I picked a different mattress and they delivered the new one very quickly while taking the old one back at no extra cost . The whole process was smooth , professional and stress free . I am extremely satisfied with their customer service and the quality of their product. Highly recommended”

“Prices are great, selection process was easy. I received a courtesy call ahead of delivery and NM went out of their way to report a damaged box and full replacement. Would definitely recommend them for service and pricing”

“Went to the store in Markham, it is a hidden gem and offers competitive price, if only we can have more staff helping out when trying, that would be awesome.”

“Jevon was very helpful in explaining how the warehouse was set up so that we could look around. When we did have more questions about the three or four mattresses we were interested in he again was very helpful. Once we decided on one in particular he was able to give us the exact price including all taxes etc. even though we were still just thinking about it and offered an easy way for us to receive the email and choose accept later. In the end we decided to just go ahead right there and complete the sale. The four star instead of five star related to trying to get a real feel of the mattress when it is all covered in plastic but I understand why. Jevon was delightful!”

“I recently purchased a Full Euro Pillow Top Mattress from National Mattress, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience from start to finish. The entire process was smooth, professional, and incredibly efficient — from ordering online to the delivery at my door. As someone who’s particular about comfort and support, I was pleasantly surprised by how perfectly this mattress fits my body. The Euro pillow top provides that luxurious hotel-bed softness on the surface, while the underlying support keeps my posture aligned throughout the night. I wake up feeling noticeably more rested and without the stiffness I used to get from my old mattress. What stood out most was how effortless the entire experience felt. The staff were courteous, communication was clear, and everything arrived exactly as promised. It’s rare these days to find a company that delivers both quality craftsmanship and genuine professionalism, but National Mattress does just that. If you’re on the fence — don’t be. I highly recommend giving them a try. You’ll feel the difference from the first night!”
