“The mattress is great, but the delivery was very inconvenient. I was travelling to my daughters rental house in Guelph from Barrie to receive the mattress. I initially received a delivery time slot of 1:45-3:45, but the time kept changing. I called the customer line after the 4th change and the service rep said they were on time now and it would arrive at 4:30. The mattress was not delivered until 5:12pm. Needless to say the entire day was wasted waiting. The drivers were apologetic when they arrived.”

“Great Prices on brand products, and great service! I was going to just order online, but visited the store, and the employee was very helpful. Regarding delivery, I called the number when I had a question about my order and delivery. The person was easy to reach and again a customer service was a positive experience. I would definately do business again.”
