“The mattress and accessories I ordered are okay and great value. However, I found the customer service and checkout experience very frustrating. There is no option on the checkout to apply a different billing address to delivery address so the payment was rejected and I lost the original mattress I wanted to purchase. When calling their customer services team to check, there was no way to update the billing address with them, the line was terrible and they suggested I go into store, which would be at least a 2 hour journey each way for me. Pleased I finally got the delivery though as it couldn't be beaten on cost and next day delivery was great!”

“My son and I went in to choose a mattress and Hardik G. was incredibly helpful and efficient. We were in and out quickly, and my son had a great night’s sleep on his new mattress that very night. Excellent service!”

“We went to lots of stores to find a prefect and affordable mattress. Very glad we visited national mattress in Markham. Staffs are friendly and responding, stores are clean, labels are clear and productive. We can see everything on the tag. We placed an order immediately and no need to compare anymore! We believe we will be their loyal customer for sure.”

“Reasonable mattress selection, good price, and good delivery timing, but the salesman at National Mattress Outlet Plus+ was so tired and not interested in what we were looking for. He was more or less polite, but he acted like he was giving me a favor”

“Please when you call an item spring box, let it be what it is. I got a spring box only to discover it was just wood all the way no single spring in them. Very very poor”
