“Their website was very helpful in explaining the terms and features of the mattresses. I was able to easily find one that had the features I wanted and fit my budget. The delivery was quick (the next morning), and the service friendly. I'm very pleased with my new mattress, it is comfortable, not too firm, but great support. And made in Canada too. I'm glad I chose National Mattress.”

“Just got the mattress in today and it feels amazing. The deal I got on this bed was outstanding. I never thought I'd buy a bed that was 700 but it was 80% off and would have came up to 1800 so I couldn't say no. I appreciate the way you guys do business, thanks from one happy family.”

“Our mattress was delivered on time and we are enjoying a great night's sleep. National mattress was also very accommodating in allowing us to re-schedule our delivery date. They were recommended to us by a friend and we would not hesitate to do so as well.”

“I recently bought a king size mattress from national mattress. The products are highly discounted and good quality. The same mattress on other websites was 3 times the price of the one I bought. They delivered the very next day as i requested. Great product and great service 👍🏻”

“I have always wrote a very good review (this is the 3rd mattress I bought from here, 5th from the family) but this time my experience was frustrating. I bought a mattress at 2:17 pm, the sales roll out the mattress and load it in my car. Then we went home to unload the mattress however we noticed there was a hold in the mattress. So we drove back to the store and ask them for an exchange. The sales said we can't exchange at the store and had to reach out to customer service for a replacement. So we went back home and file for a request with customer service at 3:39 pm. It was only 1 hour and 20 mins between buying the mattress and asking for an exchange. I simply do not understand why I can't exchange then and had to do this whole process of reaching out to customer service for a replacement. It is very frustrating. I could have enjoyed the mattress then instead of waiting back and forth email exchanges for a replacement delivery.”

“Prices are good. I had to return one mattress as it was too big, so they picked it up when they dropped off another one. The one I ended up with, a sealy, is very satisfactory for the price. No complaints other than waiting for my refund on the first mattress I returned. Hoping there will not be an issue.”

“From the moment we walked through the doors, the sales representative were very helpful without being intrusive. He answered our questions and helped us to make the right choice for our age, they way we slept and what type of comfort level we were looking for. We have had the mattress for a week and could not be happier.”
