“Pressure free environment to take one’s time to check out and try out various mattresses on the floor. Delivery and service was on time and excellent! Very pleasant shopping experience.”

“Delivery was extremely fast, everything arrived wrapped and new in great condition. Only reason I give 4 instead of 5 is because delivery staff damaged my exterior light fixture and didn’t say anything about it.”

“Though there was a mix-up on delivery service, the customer service provided from this location at 5601 steeles avenue West is top-notch. The young man, name Yaman, gave us a walking tour of the store, listening to our needs and taking time to explain the various types of mattresses vailable in the store. He then helped us to choose the type of mattress best suited for us, which truned out to be the right choice for our needs, Thank you very much, Yaman! Much appreciated!”

“I was not aware about this place until I found it on my online search. A great place for extremely affordable priced mattresses from wide range of selection. Their online mattress selector to find the right one for you is very apt and precise. Sales staff was courteous, knowledgeable and delivery was very organized and smooth. Definitely a place to checkout for your new bed.”

“Knowledgeable staff. Best restful sleep right from 1st night. Wake with no pain in back and shoulder. Great alignment. Love sides having extra support. Easy to move around on bed. Hybrid bed best choice after 3 other types failed.”

“My online purchase of Sealy posturepedic mattress was very easy & pick up was just as easy from kitchener on location The customer associate was very friendly,courteous & very helpful Me being 4ft 10 I could not help my husband put on roof of van, the store associate did & we appreciated his help very much !! “This was a fantastic experience. We walked in and were greeted warmly. The salesperson was very helpful and knowledgeable about all the mattresses he showed us. He didn’t try to pressure us into a decision, but instead provided insight into each mattress. 10/10 for costumer service!”
