“The attendant was quite helpful in pulling mattresses down for me to try. He was also very knowledgeable about the kind of mattress I needed. An overall pleasant in-store experience.”

“National Mattress offer very competitive price and quality mattress. Delivery is always right on time and you can track the delivery real time which is bonus. Delivery handled with upmost care. “I am happy with my purchase since from the showroom to the delivery the communication was transparent and clear. National mattress has all sorts of variety and answers to choose a good mattress. I never got disappointed after my visit with National mattress.”

“This is my second mattress purchase from National Mattress. It’s like the no frills of mattress stores. High quality mattresses at excellent prices, love that you can try out every mattress and all the details are extremely clearly placed for each so you know exactly which one you’re trying out.”

“Whoever we ask if very knowledgeable and helpful with our decision. We were on a budget and we were assisted where to go and find the best mattress within our budget. They do not sales talk hard at all but you will tend to listen as they know their product very well. We get the answers we need. Don't go anywhere else to buy a mattress.”

“We had a great experience dealing with the young salesperson at National Mattress. He welcomed us into the store and gave us an overview of where everything was located. He helped us narrow down our decision by explaining the advantages and disadvantages to each of the product types, brands, sizing and quality. He was very knowledgeable about all the products we discussed. He then left us alone to test a number of different mattresses to see which best accommodated our particular preferences. He was courteous and professional and made our experience in the store very pleasant. We left the store confident that our choice of mattress was well-informed, and we didn't feel pressured or influenced by the salesperson. We had a great experience dealing with National Mattress.”
