“I had a great experience with my mattress purchase. The sales staff were polite, friendly, and genuinely helpful — offering thoughtful recommendations without being pushy. One of the mattresses had increased in price by $150 since my visit two days earlier, but because I had a photo showing the original price, they honored it without hesitation. Delivery was prompt and right on schedule the very next day. For a reasonable $35 fee, the team brought the mattresses directly to the room — something I wouldn’t have been able to manage on my own. Overall, a smooth and professional experience with excellent service throughout.”

The delivery team arrived at the agreed time and even offered to set up the mattress and remove the old one. “Having to replace a mattress and frame at a very stressful time was made so pleasant by this company and all staff members I encountered. Easy to navigate website, excellent and kind customer service staff and amazing delivery staff helped me so incredibly well to navigate this during a difficult time of my life. Everyone went above and beyond. I am grateful. The products delivered are of great quality and price. Thank you SO much!”

“Ordered a mattress on April 18, they contact me by email on April 19 that the mattress is not in stock. I waited a week with no update so I replied to them on week of April 28 over a couple of days with zero replies. Then only received a scheduled delivery email that friday. So company has lack of communication.”

“Hi National Mattress, The reason for my low rating is due to two factors. 1. There was delay due to a damaged mattress for me to receive the mattress I would be sleeping on that night since I had already moved apartments. I was notified in the morning around 10:00 a.m. which was appreciated despite the disappointing news. 2. The discounts offered by email would not take the VIP code when I filled out my order. I am still waiting to receive the discount. I have been told by email that my request for the box springs discount has been forwarded to the refund department. If not for these two issues, I would have rated the experience five stars, which this process was is not. I may have rated it this experience one star, if it wasn't for certain employees that you have that made sincere efforts to bring me the services and products due to me as a customer looking for a good sleep. The quality of the mattress is good. Cheers, Josh”

“Its been a good experience with National mattress, staff is very helpful and knowledgeable to assist with the requirements. We bought a twin mattress and a pillow, a week ago. So far its been perfect and comforting for the back, no complaints with the purchase. Highly recommend them!”
