“The mattress was what was advertised. The delivery was coordinated well. The quality of the product reflects the price. It was not exactly what I expected, as I only have experience with IKEA mattresses, but I am happy with my purchase, and I like my mattress very much.”

“Great and easy transaction - I have never purchased a mattress online. Have always gone into a store to see and try but based on the positive reviews of the company and the buyers, I took a chance and ordered a new mattress for our bed. Great mattress at a great price. Slept great! The online ordering process was so easy and efficient. The delivery was well coordinated and they showed up right in the window they confirmed. Would def recommend getting a mattess from here!”

“We love our new mattress and can't get enough of it! Here's my son in dreamland at 10:30 am in summer. 🤭 It's soft and comfy with just the right bounce and give. It's not memory foam so you don't really sink into the mattress. There's still support from the springs, which I appreciate a lot since I get backaches if the mattress is not supportive enough. No more backaches from our rickety old mattress. So happy with this purchase from National Mattress!”

“We had a pretty good experience buying a mattress at the Kitchener location. Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. They were right that it will take a little while to get used to it but the wait was worth it, we got what we needed and wanted. There’s a great variety of mattresses and one to fit every budget. I would definitely recommend buying a mattress here.”
