“BEWARE of purchasing a mattress in a box. They sell mattresses that have been condensed for longer than the manufacturer recommends resulting in a mattress that does not expand to full size. When asked to remedy the situation I'm told to contact the manufacturer. The manufacturer says contact retailer. What a headache. I purchase a King Tuft & Needle Mint Hybrid and it has expanded to 76" in length, whereas, is should be 80". I am waiting to see if National Mattress will resolve this issue. Will update review as needed.”

“It was an amazing experience. Store representative was nice and welcoming. I took my time to decide and he just let me explore everything patiently which is very rare. Delivery too was on time and delivery guy was polite too. Overall very smooth experience. I will definitely be going to them for all my mattress needs. Highly recommended.”

“I purchased a GALAXY Pocket Coil Euro Top Firm mattress for a full bed. (GALAXY/VANESSA-DOUBLEFULL). Unfortunately, I didn’t have a good experience. The mattress is nice and seemingly comfortable, but I can feel the coils when I lay on it. I had to purchase 4-inch mattress topper on Amazon to get a proper night's sleep.”

“So far so good. I’m on my second night and feeling like I made the right choice. At least I have the comfort of the 90 day sleep guarantee. The staff at the Kitchener location were very helpful and polite. Overall I’d recommend this store to everyone”
