“This is the first time I have dealt with National Mattress. I found the new Woodbine Ave location excellent. Lot's of parking and product on display. The Sales Rep I dealt with (I recall was Henry) was very knoweldgeable and friendly even though he knew that I was not making a large purchase (a metal bedframe). He was helpful unlike other furniture stores I visited looking to buy a Queen bedframe. He even offered to take the purchase to my car. Bottomline; the product Quality, price and Customer Servce I experienced from National was great. I definitely would recommend to my family and friends and buy again from National for future mattress requirements.”

“Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Made buying a mattress very easy and pleasant. Was able to visit on two occasions and they made my decision very easy. The Markham location was very clean, and staff were extremely friendly. Delivery was quick and easy, I ordered 3 mattresses and did have a bit of a quality issues with one of them (nothing structurally wrong with it) but I’m hoping to hear back from them soon about it. Other than that I would highly recommend!! 10/10 **UPDATE** heard back about the minor issues I had with 1 mattress and my complaints were noted and will not void my warranty. Very happy with purchase so far”

Once I placed my order, I received timely updates and the mattress arrived right on schedule—well-packaged and in perfect condition. Unboxing was simple with no weird smells or defects. Most importantly, the mattress itself is incredibly comfortable. It's the perfect blend of support and softness. Overall, this was one of the best online purchases I’ve made. Quality product, hassle-free delivery, and excellent customer service. If you’re on the fence about ordering a mattress online, go for it—you won’t regret it!”

“The website is easy to browse and prices are fair. Unfortunately when my mattress and boxspring were delivered, two corners of the boxspring were scuffed and the seams on the side of the mattress were already falling apart. If anyone saw a boxspring with scuffs like that in a store, no one would pay the full price for it. I paid for new items but didn't end up receiving them.”
