“Excellent customer service, people are not pushing you around to buy a mattress. They ask if you need help in a courteous manner and then leave you alone to choose and to look for what you want with or without help and that’s very good. At the end of the day we bought the mattress we wanted and service was great along with delivery. 10 out of a 10 service, definitely will be back again.”

“The interaction with the sale staff was great. He listened to our needs and showed us mattresses that falls within our budget and that will accommodate our request. The transaction was very easy. Delivery was made on time during the time slot given and done the way we asked. Overall very satisfied with the service. Highly recommended.”

“They had a great selection of everything. We found exactly what we were looking for and the sales person explained everything that we needed to know about the products. “First time buyer. Alex the manager was knowledgable and was happy to sell me what I needed not what was the most expensive. He clearly outlined the return policy. Delivery was on time and tracking was accurate. Based on the mattress specs I am pleased with the value. Haven't opened the mattress yet so too soon to speak to quality and reilability but overall experience so far has been very positive.”
