“Great customer service and expertise. At first I was overwhelmed by the many mattresses in view and had a hard time choosing. Ben was very patient with me and made it easy based off my needs and pricing. The bonus for me was being able to try out all the selections available.”

“I recently purchased a new mattress from National Mattress, at their Mississauga South location, and couldn't be happier! The customer service and communication was excellent every step of the way. They were quite helpful and pleasant on the phone when I first called to get some information. Pavan, the salesperson who helped me out at the store was very knowledgeable and kindly guided me through the different options available when picking out my mattress. Once I'd placed my order the delivery scheduling worked just as I was told it would. My mattress arrived right on time and the delivery guys were super friendly and efficient. An all around great experience!”

“5 Stars – Best Decision I Could Have Made! Buying a mattress can be overwhelming, but my experience at National Mattress was the complete opposite – all thanks to Ben, my sales rep. From the moment I walked in, Ben was incredibly helpful, fast, and informative. He took the time to understand what I needed and guided me through the options without any pressure. His knowledge made the whole process smooth and stress-free, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with my purchase. It’s rare to feel this confident walking away from a big decision, but I know I made the best choice. If you’re shopping for a mattress, I highly recommend asking for Ben – he made all the difference!”

“The mattress is great, but the delivery was very inconvenient. I was travelling to my daughters rental house in Guelph from Barrie to receive the mattress. I initially received a delivery time slot of 1:45-3:45, but the time kept changing. I called the customer line after the 4th change and the service rep said they were on time now and it would arrive at 4:30. The mattress was not delivered until 5:12pm. Needless to say the entire day was wasted waiting. The drivers were apologetic when they arrived.”
