“I wanted to give 5 stars but held back because: 1. They don't advertise enough, it was by a sheer in the heat-of-the-moment scenario that I googled "mattress stores" in Mississauga, that I was able to find this place - I am truly glad that I did! 2. The layout and accessibility of some of their goods in the back part of the store is very limited / confined - 2 people can't pass one another easily in the aisles. 3. The thick plastic covers on all of the mattresses take away from the full and proper feel of the comfort, stiffness, lumbar support and quality of said mattresses - Though I understand the intent is to keep the goods protected. That aside: 1. Sales members were great - truly professional, and courtesous and explained all of my questions and concerns. 2. No pushy, pressure based sales tactic that I saw with other mattresses stores - The sales team were not commissioned based and this made up for a better experience. 3. The prices was super competitive and of course cheaper. The accessories alone had down-to-earth prices compared to other places.”

“They made it easy to buy the mattress for my daughter, straight forward and not hassling, allowed us the time to look and make our choice and then very helpful once we had decided and called the other location to ensure our mattress was there and being held for us, a great experience and one I would recommend to any of my friends looking to buy a mattress.”

“Really impress with it all, from the options of budget to the professionalism and time accurate of delivery. The sale men went over and beyond with his knowledge of his mattress. Exceptional experience, got a return mattress, the sale men was able to tell me reason of return, don't regret one sleep of it. Thank you”

“I am so in love with my new mattress. It firm, and high just the way I like it. At first I was afraid the it might be to soft giving I am more on the heavier side, but the mattress holds up my weight without sinking. It remains firm and comfortable.”

“I had a good experience with National mattress 2 years ago, that's why I returned this year again. Quick delivery, various payment options, no issues. I have never had to return anything, but I read the return policy and if you unpack the mattress - you cannot return it, only exchange. And you have to unpack, because if it's defective - you need to notify them within 24 hours. I think this could be an area for improvement, if the company is looking to make customers happier 😉”

“I recently purchased a queen-size mattress, and I’m very happy with it! The comfort and support are excellent – not too soft and not too firm, just the right balance. It feels very sturdy and well-made, and I’ve been sleeping much better since I started using it. The size is perfect and fits my bed frame nicely. Overall, a great purchase and definitely worth recommending.”

“Eden (Mississauga) was great, very informative and helpful. The process was easier than we expected, no sales pressure. I would highly suggest researching your mattress first, go to other mattress stores so you can then compare prices. We saved a ton of money, the only issue was we didn't account for the mattress thickness that almost hides our sleigh bed headboard and footboard. They are making mattresses 14-15-16 inches high. Best prices and delivery is quick and accommodating too. We called to ask to change the delivery date, Greg (Hamilton) immediately changed it and sent followup email. I would gladly buy from them again and share this with friends. Better than Sleep Country and the Brick.”

“I recently purchased a mattress from National Mattress and had a fantastic experience! The store had a great selection and competitive prices. The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, guiding me through the options. I highly recommend visiting the store in person, as I ended up choosing a different mattress than the one I initially identified online. Actually lying down on the mattresses made all the difference! Although the mattress I selected was initially out of stock, I received a call letting me know it would be delivered today, a week ahead of expectations. Overall, a wonderful shopping experience!”

“From the moment we entered the store there was no pressure and were guided in the right direction since the store has a lot of different selections to choose from and well known names. Prices are amazing and quick next day delivery.”

“Easy to place my order. Easy to pick up. My purchase was ready and waiting. I wasn’t able to be home all day to wait for the delivery so chose to pick up my purchase myself. The staff made everything go smoothly!”
