“Easy as pie. Ordered from the website after a little bit of browsing and making my selection. Delivered pretty much exactly on time… Driver even called to let me know he was 20 minutes away. Everything was exactly as ordered. Quality mattress at a cheap price!”

“We were very pleased with the selection and service available at National Mattress. Associates in store were friendly and knowledgeable, but not pushy. As a customer I felt at ease trying out different mattresses at my leisure without someone following behind me every step of the way. Delivery was with good communication via text message and phone, while within a timely window that worked for our schedule. Thank you for an easy and positive experience!”

“Overall very happy with the service and support provided by National Mattress. They helped me quickly resolve a technical issue I had with my order and shipping was impressively quick to Quebec. I do wish other shipping options were available but naturally those are quite limited in our country. Overall great experience and very happy with my new mattress!”

“The staff at National Mattress was awesome! The sales person in the store was knowledgeable and helped me find what I needed for my budget. We had a mix up with our first delivery and had to reschedule and I was not charged extra! My daughter has not slept on the mattress yet but it looks nice and comfortable :)”

“National Mattress gave us an awesome buying experience. Our sales representative Ben was extremely knowledgeable and not pushy at all. Most other places try to pressure you to buy the most expensive mattress you can and will hardly let you leave the store. Ben listened to our needs and price range and gave us his honest advice which made us feel much more relaxed. I’d recommend this place to anyone buying a Mattress”
