“Honest, helpful staff and lots of options on the floor. They gave us the time and space we needed to make our decision, and answered any questions we had. Not commission-based. One of the better shopping experiences I've had in a long time.”

“I think this was the fastest service I’ve ever experienced in Canada. The in-store service was good too, and my delivery arrived the very next day, just half a day after I placed the order. This is definitely a place worth spreading the word about! Thank you!”

“I had a great experience with national mattress. I had never bought a mattress new before and I was looking for a while to get a new organic king size mattress. I looked around and continued to come back to National Mattress and I’m so glad I did! Easy to purchase, good communication for delivery and I LOVE my mattress.”

“National Mattress is great. I've purchased multiple mattresses both from their south Etobicoke location and their Steeles location. Conor is super helpful. They have a tonne of stock, everything's pristinely packaged (as you would hope a mattress would be). Their prices are significantly lower than their competitors and they have more stock than anyone else. 12/10 store and franchise.”

“Overall, the experience with National Mattress has been great. Mattresses are of good quality, delivery is quick, the delivery tracker is super helpful and the delivery person always gives a call 20 mins before they arrive. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because it can be a hit or miss with delivery instructions. I always ask for my mattress rolled up so that it's easy to carry, however, they don't always follow this. Sometime I receive it rolled up, other times it's not. But overall, ordering from them is always a great experience!”

“I got damaged mattress and when I called the store where I bought, guy said we were not going to help you and you should email to support. And I did and it was very tedious process makes me disappointed”

“Super smooth process of ordering after doing the quiz to figure out what I wanted out of a mattress and I could read previous reviews of the mattress itself. Customer service was very responsive as well when I did have questions. I liked the little chat bot that I could ask questions such as does my mattress need a box spring as well. The mattress itself is fantastic, I've slept so well since getting it!”

“I purchased a mattress from National Mattress in or around May 2024. Wayne was extremely knowledgeable and very professional. I was able to purchase what I needed and take it with me. I was very happy with the quality, price and the fact that the mattress was made in Canada. When I recently needed a new mattress, I went straight to the National Mattress website. I was able to purchase exactly what I needed - a quality Canadian made mattress at a fair price. When I needed to speak to the store to confirm a detail aboout my order, it was Wayne again who took care of me. Service - Price - Canadian Made - National Mattress is the best in my experience. I have spread the word any time the opportunity arises. Thank you.”

“It seriously doesn’t get much better than this! National Mattress has the best mattresses at unbeatable prices, and with invaluable customer service. I walked in store and was promptly assisted by Suraj. His knowledge helped me decide between 5 options within minutes, and I was able to walk out with a mattress ready to be delivered to my house the next day.”

“Great assistance in store. Lots of help and clear direction on what to expect when ordering mattresses and delivery. Received approximate eta for delivery time which was great. Received a text regarding delivery that they were 40 min away which was awesome! Highly recommend. Product is fantastic.”

“Excellent customer service, people are not pushing you around to buy a mattress. They ask if you need help in a courteous manner and then leave you alone to choose and to look for what you want with or without help and that’s very good. At the end of the day we bought the mattress we wanted and service was great along with delivery. 10 out of a 10 service, definitely will be back again.”
