“Had a great experience at National Mattress North York. The staff were very patient, helped me narrow down my options based on my criteria, and answered all my questions in detail. They also gave me ample time to try out the mattresses for myself, which I really appreciate.”

“This is one of the best mattress stores around! I bought my second mattress from them in the last 5 years and I absolutely love their selection and options of mattresses. Their 0 sales commission model absolutely made my purchase a breeze and the staff (a massive shoutout to Ben K) is able to make recommendations without an ulterior motive. I suffer from chronic back and neck pain, and Ben was able to recommend me the ideal mattress for me without trying to upsell me on their more expensive ones. I chose to have my mattress delivered which was such a seamless experience. The delivery crew showed up right on the promised time and handled the delivery and loading/unloading with the utmost care and professionalism. I have window shopped at other popular brick and mortar stores and their prices tend to be inflated and their sales team generally prefer selling their more expensive mattresses due to commissions. I will definitely return to National Mattress in the future for my next purchase!”

“A wonderful purchase experience. They had a large inventory to pick from and I am very happy with the mattress we purchased for our daughter. Delivery was easy to schedule and well communicated. We will definitely be coming back here for all our bedding needs!”

“Excellent selection and very straight forward process. No added sales tactics or hidden tricks. Save yourself the added cost from other retailers and make your purchase today. The team at the Kitchener location was incredible to deal with. I had a frame delivered the next day and that too was excellent. Over all, it’s my go to place going forward.”

“I placed an on-line order for an adjustable bed frame. The selection and check-out went well and the follow-up for the delivery was good. I was called before the arrival and worked out fine. The unit was delivered inside my house where I wanted it placed and I sighned off on the order. Good all round process.”

“I had a great experience with National Mattress, the staff in store were knowledgable, helpful, and did their best to find the best mattress for my needs, rather than pushing a particular product. Being able to go around the warehouse and test everything out was super helpful for picking out a mattress. Delivery was quick and on time. 10/10 would buy from NM again.”
