“National Mattress is a great store to shop in. There were plenty of mattresses out on display, and when I wanted to see a different one, the salesperson got it out for me to try. The salesperson asked about my price range, and didn't show me anything that was outside of the range I specified. There was no pressure to buy anything. The salesperson wanted me to wait and try out several different mattresses before I bought one. I'm glad he did, because the mattress I came in to buy actually wasn't the most comfortable one for me. I ended up buying a different mattress, at a cheaper price, at the salesman's recommendation. Delivery was quick and easy. Communication was excellent; I was given a website where I could track my delivery in real time, which was very helpful. The delivery driver also called me 10 minutes prior to arrival, so I could make sure that everything was ready. The two delivery people who came knew exactly what they were doing, and they smoothly moved my mattress straight into my bedroom for me. If I ever need a mattress again, I'm definitely shopping at National Mattress.”

“I recently purchased the Graydon Firm queen mattress from National Mattress in North York, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The mattress is of excellent quality and offers just the right amount of support and comfort for a great night's sleep. What stood out to me was the service I received from the salesperson. They were incredibly knowledgeable about the products and answered all my questions honestly and straightforwardly. I truly appreciated their guidance in helping me choose the right mattress. The delivery process was also great. The delivery team called ahead to confirm the timing, which I found very considerate. When they arrived, they efficiently handled the mattress, easily bringing it into my home. They were polite and respectful, making the whole experience even better.”

“After purchasing a mattress from National mattress I unfortunately had an issue with my move in date. When I contacted customer service to see what we could do about the circumstances. They were more than happy to offer me many options to suit my needs. They agreed to push back delivery for when I secured a new apartment. Amazing customer service. I have yet to use my mattress but if it's half as good as their service I'm sure it'll be fantastic. Thanks national mattress.”

“Very pleasant experience. Great customer service, and we recieved alot of help when looking for our new mattress. The salesperson gave us suggestions and had us test out the mattress. He was very knowledgeable, and helpful. I will 100% be recommending National Mattress to anyone in the markey for a new mattress.”
