“Good price and quality, bought 2 mattresses. Emailed to request delivery date to be moved to 1 day earlier, email was sent 3 days before the scheduled date and the rep responded the next day to accommodate my request. Delivery went smoothly, was able to track the location and ETA was provided closer to the delivery time. Happy with the mattresses so far.”

“Great experience shopping for a new mattress here. Pavan, our sales associate was super knowledgeable and helpful. He was very patient in answering all of our questions and we felt zero pressure to buy.”

“I can only tell good things about the experience. The people there are completely transparent, all prices are transparent and they tell you about them right when you enter the store. They also describe differences between mattress in technical details (materials, thickness, purpose etc). Their labes also just say "firm, medium, soft" so it is easy to navigate. Have different materials including full organic latex. They don't try to upsell you anything, just spend as much time as you want, try what you want and ask any questions - they will answer. Arnold was the person helping me out.”

“Had a great experience at National Mattress Outlet. Greg was super helpful in recommending a good brand for a Twin XL mattress and also helped me get a box spring, mattress protector, and bed frame. He was patient, knowledgeable, and really easygoing which helped make the whole process stress-free. The outlet is also organized really well.”

“Excellent showroom inventory to try a wide variety of mattresses at various prices. No high pressure sales tactics which are common at other mattress retailers.”

“We got great service and a lot of options to chose from at National Mattress. We ended chosing a great Serta mattress for my.son who moved out to go to University. He loves it and has a great sleep every night!”

“Quite surprised with their overall store layout and service in general. My biggest positive is, it doesn't feel like a mattress store from 2006 with some guy in khakis and a goatee lying to you about a mattress. It honestly felt like I was walking into a dispensary for mattresses, which is how it should be; quick, informative infographics, and a staff that tells you how it is. They don't try to sell you on anything extra or unnecessary, and even when ordering online, I was honestly skeptical of some mattress company's tracking logistics but it was stupendous. THIS is how businesses predicated on sales should operate.”
