“From entering the store till we've made the purchase, the entire experience was outstanding. We were greeted upon entering the store and the associate Eden took the time to understand our need in order to tailor the mattresses according which saved us time and a lot of hassle. Eden was very knowledgeable and both associates working at the time were extremely helpful. This has to be our best experience making a purchase at any store, especially, related to home items. Although, I do think Eden could improve his customer service skill by maybe being a bit more friendly and smiling.”

“We took the quiz in their website so we had the best matches for our needs, then we went to the store to look (and try them), finally we purchased online and the free delivery was fast and scheduled. Highly recommend!!!”

“We were recommended to go to National Mattress by our good friends. When we arrived we were quickly greeted by Wayne. He was very friendly and professional when helping us pick a mattress! He was very respectful regarding budget and what we were hoping to find. Wayne made our decision seamless and quick! I would recommend National Mattress to all friends and family! We are very happy with our purchase! We were even able to take our new mattress home the same day!”
