“Ordering online was user friendly overall. However, I had issues placing my order to I reached out to the customer support team and it was a weekend day so I had very low expectations of getting help with my order. However, the customer support team was quick and very helpful guiding me throughout the order and manually changing my delivery address for the order I had placed online. At the end, I’m pleasantly surprised by the variety and affordability that National Mattress Outlet offers (better than Amazon!), plus their top notch customer support.”

“This is probably the best bed I've ever slept on, I used to wake up multiple times throughout the night, but I've been sleeping straight through the night and waking up much more rested since I got this bed.”

“I had a great experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and genuinely helpful without being pushy. They took the time to address my questions and explained the differences between the options i was looking at. I ended up finding a mattress that was what I needed, comfortable, supportive, and within my budget. You can tell they really care about helping you find the right fit rather than just making a sale.”

“Shivam was helpful. He answered all of questions in respectful manner. The store has good variety of mattress. It was easy for me to get what I wanted as I already knew what kind of mattress I will purchase. Delivery was smooth as well.”

“National Mattress was great-- incredibly knowledgable, efficient, and quick. We purchased mattress yesterday and it was already delivered this morning. If you're in an old house like we are, I'd highly recommend paying the additional $35 to have the folks take the mattress up to the room of installation. They somehow managed to get the massive king bed up our narrow stairs. 10/10 would recommend.”

“Impressed with level of professionalism. Knowledgeable staff. Excellent quality and price. Customer service is extraordinary for this day and age. Mattress was delivered to Hamilton in less than 24 hours. Store and delivery staff are courteous, knowledgeable, friendly without pressure sales tactics. I am extremely pleased.”

“I had a really good experience with the sales team at the Mississauga Dundas location. I came in because a competitor had a sale, and the gentleman helping me immediately said they’d match the prices—and even offered me a bit more of a discount. I was happy right away and will definitely return. Highly recommend!”
