“The shopping experience was excellent. The representative was very helpful but also gave us time and privacy. The delivery experience was excellent. Fabulous communications and accurate tracking. We have yet to set up the mattress so time will tell on that. So far, I would definitely return to National Mattress for an easy shopping experience and can't-be-beat prices.”

“The mattress arrived without issue on the day we picked. Updates were provided. It couldnt have been a more seamless process. The mattress is super comfortable as well. Will definitely order again for the guest room.”

“Though not as firm as I had thought, the mattress is perfect when it comes to providing support and does not 'sink', making it firm, yet plush. All I can say is I slept better than i did with my previous mattress.”

“Service was great! Sales rep knew his stuff and guided us in choosing a mattress for our daughter’s bed. He was polite, patient and knowledgeable on the products! We made our decision fairly quickly with his help without wandering and getting confused! Thank you, National Mattress! We haven’t opened it yet as we are waiting for the frame but am sure it will be great!”

“My experience with National Mattress was great! A little trouble with delivery at the start, but everything was solved and the man who I spoke to on the phone at the store was so kind and helpful, the second delivery attempt went smoothly!
