“I have bought three mattresses over the years from National Mattress, and every time, the customer service is spot on, their prices are often lower than competitors for comparible products, and delivery is next-day fast. I love that I can support Canadian workers and purchase Toronto-made products that come with warranties and exceed expectations. They have great sales... and even when purchasing from their clearance selection, the level of service is the same as purchasing something custom. I cannot recommend them enough.”

“So far in regards to getting my mattress has been the worst experienced. The original mattress that was shipped was damaged and replacement was damaged too so since I paid for the removal of my old mattress I have been sleeping now on the couch for the last 3 days and waiting for supportmattress.ca to get back to me on another replacement/refund which probably means more sleepless nights on my couch”

“This is the second mattress I have purchased from national mattress in the last 8 months. My kid's mattress needed replacing and the experience at National Mattress was so good that when we began to notice that our bed was far beyond the 10 year lifespan, I returned to National Mattress quickly for the excellent service and knowledgeable staff. Thanks National Mattress.”

“I initially had an issue with the box spring I received, after a quick email exchange, it was quickly corrected. The new box spring was delivered 2 days later and the damaged one was removed. Throughout the experience I was really impressed with the delivery schedule, with updates and a call when they arrived. They were on time to the exact minute. I would totally recommend National Mattress to anyone.”

“Guys working there are super friendly and knowledgeable! I changed my mind later. They helped me with refund. Super smooth! But I changed my mind AGAIN, and eventually purchased 4 mattress with them. Highly recommend this place!”

“Sales person Alex in Barrie was excellent. He knew his products and gave us time to check out all the products you offer. Next day delivery was awesome. May I suggest you carry mattress plastic to be used for old mattress to be removed from homes”

“National mattress has a Mattress for all kinds of people. The have the most firm mattress to super plush ones, and it ia budget friendly as well. So it has been a great experience. We instantly liked a mattress that we tried and we booked it through in 20mins by the time we entered the store.”
