“Found a good sale price online for another mattress. Decided to check out in store location to test the one we wanted originally. Found something better and the sales staff was great Delivery was hassle free. Only improvement would be the website, needs to be optimized for phones I think”

“This was the first time we ordered mattresses online. Ordering online was easy and we didn't have to deal with sales people pushing us to buy higher priced mattresses. We knew what we wanted to buy and they had the inventory for both a twin and a queen sized mattresses. They shipped the two mattresses and the two box springs together within 5 days. The people delivering the matteresses were on time and friendly. Moving forward, we will be buying all our mattresses through National Mattress and not at local mattress specialty stores or furniture stores. The cost savings was great too!”

“Original purchased the NM HD13 Pillow top, but it turns out that it is so firm that it didn’t fit into my house. Ended up getting the flippable 10” instead and it’s comfortable as well. For those that work in the trades, this firm mattress might be the winner you are looking for.”

“Our purchasing experience could not have been any better. We liked that there was no salesperson standing over us while we tried the mattresses. When we entered the store, Conor explained the layout and how every mattress was clearly labelled, so we could compare mattresses, as we tried them. He left us to browse and checked on us a couple of times to answer questions. There was no pressure, no one standing over us and there was unlimited time to try the mattresses numerous times, as we narrowed down our choices and made our selection. Prices are very reasonable. Deliver was as promised, within the deliver window given. It was an absolutely perfect experience from start to finish. We would highly recommend National Mattress.”
