“We spent weeks searching for the perfect mattress for us. Once we figured it out, we spent a few days scouring all the best retailers in the GTA for pricing. No one competes with National Mattress. The pricing was fantastic. Delivery is very well done and as promised, no hiccups. I had my first nights sleep in my new mattress last night, I figured it'd be terrible until I "break it in." It was the best sleep I can remember! I feel refreshed for the first time in years. Great purchase, 10/10 recommended.”

“We purchased our mattresses last week at National Mattress. I wish we found them out earlier because that would have saved so much ça of our time. The store has a lot of selections at different price points and the prices are lower than what we have seen in other places. The staff are also very helpful and give you absolutely no pressure into buying anything (unlike most of other places that you go to where their salesperson just follow you around). Checkout process was explained clearly and since efficiently. They also offer additional wholesale discount when you buy 3 or more mattresses. I highly recommend National Mattress given their great selections, prices and customer services. Thanks!”

“Instead of going to the "big names", we decided to give National Mattress a visit earlier this week. Tucked away on a quiet side-street (Kitimat Rd. - Mississauga), the outlet was easy to find even without a GPS. We were met by a young man who introduced himself (Ben), made couple of pleasant, welcoming comments and asked what type of mattress we were looking for. We explained our basic requirements - he listened carefully and then took us to the section where there were a wide-selection of Queen mattresses. He asked us to walk around, sit or lie down on the mattreses to determine which met our needs and that he would come back in 10 minutes or so. He also explained how the info-card on top of each mattress was to be interpreted and that we can call him if any additional information was needed. We walked around the area for a good 15 minutes and then narrowed down our choice to 3 mattresses - Ben then went over the features & benefits of each of them, answered our questions patiently and helped our decision making process. We finalized the deal soon after and he offered to carry the mattress to our car (as we opted out of the free-delivery option). We also purchased 2 pillows at check-out time. The billing process was smooth and quick and Ben delivered helped load the mattress into our vehicle. Excellent service, competitive price and we are pleased with our decision to visit National Mattress. We are looking forward to a wonderful sleep tonight !!”

“Was able to test out mattresses in store and get it delivered quickly. Reps in store were very helpful. It would be good if the delivery time frame was more solid as it kept updating as the minimum time was passed. For example started with 10am-12pm, at 10am it changed to 10:15-12:15, at 10:15 changed to 10:30-12:30. The mattress did get delivered in the initial 10-12 window which was good.”
