“Good selection. Quality brand name mattresses. Prices were better than other options I researched online. Easy pick up. Convenient hours of operation. Only complaint was with the claim of ‘free delivery’, as this only applies to specific models or brands and is quite limited. As such, I had to arrange a trailer and pick it up myself.”

“Logan is the guy you need to look for. They are professional and makes you lie down and check the mattress. I told them the budget and they advised multiple options as per my desired firmness!”

“Easy, efficient ordering and delivery of my mattress. Only suggestion for improvement is if the delivery day doesn’t work for you, you are unable to choose an alternative date and you can’t pick delivery times.”

“Initially went to the Markham location to test out some mattresses that I had saw online. A few weeks later, I placed an order for the Galaxy Vanessa mattress and it came promptly in 2 days. I have yet to open it just yet but I noticed some loose threads on the side of the mattress as it came rolled. I emailed cs and they assured me it was just for aesthetic purposes and should not affect the overall functionality. My experience has been great so far but will update in a few weeks if anything happens.”

“The price of the mattress was reasonable and shipping was fairly quick. Although not within 1-3 business days as described in the website. Delivery was efficient and arrived exactly when they said they would. The mattress came packaged in a thick plastic bag and was new, as described.”

“National Mattress offers many mattress and mattress-related products. I was able over the phone to obtain answers to a couple of questions I had which were not addressed on their website. Placing the order on-line was easy and the mattress was delivered on time as promised. John Gardner”

“We found the store clean and organized in a simple uncomplicated way. The staff was friendly, spoke in plain and informed language and didn't try to sell us, but rather provided information. We thank them for their help.”

“Fast and Friendly ! I bought a mattress for a great value, then realized that I needed to add a boxspring... So i made a call to their customer service, and they arranged to add my second purchase to my upcoming delivery. Quick & Easy !”

“Queen size mattress box is a bit squeaky and noisy. When I turn side on the bed it's make a noise. I tried to tighten the metal frame where box is lying.”

“Great assortment of mattresses at reasonable prices. We ordered a mattress only to find out it will take 3-4 weeks for delivery but I received an email after 1 week saying the mattress is in and will be delivered. Looking forward to getting my mattress!”

“Great selection of mattresses. The sales person was very helpful. After making 2 purchases, we brought home the twin mattress we purchased. it was a Galaxy mattress ( Valerie) However, once we brought it home there was no tag on the mattress stating it was a Galaxy mattress. And the design on the mattress was different from the one in the store. We called the store and they weren't sure why there was no tag on the mattress stating it was a Galaxy mattress. Can someone explain this to us? Thanks.”
