“It would be nice to get a receipt with the full informtion, other than that everything was perfect , good customer service”

“Delivery took 5 rather then 3 days but customer support was really helpful and when delivery eta changed they let us know it would be arriving a few hours later in the day”

We always strive to deliver within three days on average, so we are sorry to hear that yours is taking longer – especially since it is not located in a remote area. You have placed your order on November 5th, and it is scheduled for delivery on November 10th.

“Juste got the mattress today since it was deliver sooner than asked. Unfortunately since we have not slept on the mattress yet it is difficult to judge the quality. I want to thank National Mattress for honouring the code that did not work when I ordered. Hope we enjoy our mattresses.”

“I think the service is reasonable but not exceptional. Mattress is an expensive purchase but we didn’t feel that we treated as valued customers. We can try the mattress and hope to waive the mattress handling fee but didn’t. Overall the purchase is straightforward and return policy is okay.”
