“We had a great experience on our purchase of 3 mattresses over the Black Friday. Although we ended up not using the Black Friday deal, the final price was still satisfactory. In store service was excellent.”

“Extremely satisfied with the purchase. I wanted a firm mattress for a good back. This is the 3rd mattress I tried, after a year of research. Perfect piece, I am surprised they are not famous, should be the 1st place for people searching for mattresses. The only problem I find is their stringent return policy, which in the case of mattress (a tricky buy in general) makes them not a popular choice may be.”

“The delivery is a little bit slow. I think it's due to the high volume of Black Friday. The mattress helps a lot in my back pain. However, it's not as comfortable as what I tried in-store in the first 2 nights. I assume I will need more time to adapt to it.”

“i came in with a somewhat specific purchase in mind and the staffer on duty did his best to help me articulate what that was and show me their options on hand. he seemed knowledgeable and was very helpful. pricing was decent and arranging a delivery was easy. having a better testing period, similar to other retailers, for the mattress in-home would be nice, but hopefully helping me find what i had in mind on the front end will avoid any issues on the back end. i'd recommend this location.”

“I am very much satisfied with my purchase with National Mattress. The overall experience was excellent. The store was huge and had a lot of options to choose from which I liked a lot.
