“Process was fairly simple for EFT file creation. Only issue I ran into was the rep called me to schedule my appointment before the customer service center was actually open. When I tried to call back, the message stated they were closed even though I had just gotten a voicemail? Once I did get in contact, they were down for technical difficulties and I was told I would get a call back to schedule. I actually waited 24hrs and then called in again to try to schedule and there were no issues at that time. Scanning at UPS store was easy done in 10 minutes and I had access to my EFT file within 10-15 minutes of completing the scan. True test will be if the ATF finds the file acceptable, but overall I am happy with how simple the process was.”

“It’s hard to write a review when the NFA process takes a year to approve. So my review is about the purchase of this kit and the support I received. It’s yet to be determined if their paperwork is approved by ATF. So anyway, I found this by Google search and read some reviews and read their website and felt comfortable with them given the price point. Lawyers will charge 10x this and still can get it wrong if they have no experience. For $59.95 I took a chance. The PDF online application was straightforward but I can see how someone not educated or comfortable with online legal paperwork would find it overwhelming. Anyway, they guided me through what I need to fill out and what I need to do. For a first time, there was a lot of information and steps. I did read stuff multiple times. Some areas were not very clear what I needed to do so I read them multiple times. You really need to comprehend the trustee and successor vs responsible person etc. they can do a better job here and in the instruction. Also they can do a better job clearly stating where the application you submit ends and why you don’t need to submit the addendums until you actually have an addendum. Just confusing because the stack of papers is all together. I did print the PDF to be able to read it more comfortably. So that’s all. Now I wait to see if it gets approved. My dealer helped me with the filing and fingerprints etc so I feel like I did everything right to set up the trust and file the application. I wish there was a way to follow up to this review in a year when i get approved or not.”

“Good and cheap option, but not tailored to some states. Washington state does not require a witness, so had to manually remove that. Getting one from in WA state is at least 4x the cost for not having to do 20 mins of work on the document. They did respond within 24 hours.”

“Overall, this is a great turn-key process and excellent value for the money. A couple of enhancements would have made this a 5 star: 1) Fillable fields for the data that I enter would make it look more professional. Handwriting is ok but if it were typed it would look much better. 2) The schedules for adding Schedule 1 firearms has 5 lines. This should either be 10+ or customizable. If a person has 12 firearms, for example, you need 3 forms, all witnessed & notarized. Or you have to make a form yourself, which defeats the purpose of a turnkey system. One last thought: My attorney could not edit anything without rewriting the thing. I get why, but since we bought it, maybe we should be able to edit it for legal purposes.”

“Well the process was fairly easy, but there was a glitch that would not let me fill out trust. Sent the snap shot of the error message. Sent them information, and they filled everything out. I must say to read/review everything in the trust carefully as the County was spelled out wrong. This was a quick fix. Also be advised the return email were found in spam folder.”

“Great deal and great people. I did have one issue - I asked a question and received an answer promptly, but found out the next day it was incorrect. If you ask them a question I suggest being very specific and crystal clear.”

“National Gun Trusts did a very good job for me with one exception. I was not told that I needed to fill out ATF Copy #2. Copy #1 simply states to submit in duplicate when there is apparently a requirement to use Copy #2 AS THE DUPLICATE. None the less your services were very good and I would use you again.”
